Excellent Chair, teeny tiny issues that are not a problem.
I do love the chair, its comfy and a massage pillow is a bonus. The only thing I found that's minor to me is when I assemble it, it was hard with the screws because the holes were off to the arm rest and i had to push the arm rest forward as hard as i could in order for the screw to go down. Then the zipper to the message pillow looks like it's missing the hook so u can pull it open but it's easy to move so it doesnt bother me so much. Also lastly it's a little wobbly but not the kind where u think it's not secure no no it's perfectly secure but then again thats because its supported with the one base I like the movement. If none of that really bothers you then its really worth it chair. It moves nicely around and my bottom loves to sit on it.

Great chair for the price
There are a lot of chairs I was looking at and this one stuck out to me and I got it. FedEx delivered it to the wrong place. Then it was delivered to me and I put it together. It's a good quality chair but the only issue I had was the left armrest pad was broken in the front and it was easy to fix with glue. I notified the company and they rectified the situation

Misaligned!!
I wish I had seen the reviews that mentioned misalignment of the holes for the bolts. Because I would have passed it right by. We actually had to drill the holes a bit wider to compensate for maybe 1/8 of an inch difference. But without doing that, the bolts would NOT go in. So what should have been an easy assembly, turned into a family affair and left me dreaming about tossing this chair right out the window. And we are mechanically inclined!Outside of that twitch-worthy drama, nice and comfy. Wide seated and a good sturdy base.

So far, so good.
This product has received mixed reviews from people who bought it. And their purchases may not have been handled well in construction and delivery. My experience is that everything arrived undamaged with all of the hardware present, and all of the points where it fits together were aligned properly. A little difficult to assemble alone, but not badly enough to warrant a lower review. It squeaks a little, but it's still a fine chair.I'm very happy with this, and hope it will withstand regular use. However, if I have any problems I will update this review with such details.Update 4/12/22, A few months after I received this chair, the chairs bracket curved under my weight of 250 pounds. I had to wait until I could afford to buy a new bracket to replace it. However, I started the customer service ticket with them and after recently locating the right part, the customer service department is returning money to me for the cost of the new bracket. So they should get five stars as well. Thank you.

Some Incorrect Specs on Product Page
I did extensive shopping before ordering this Furniwell chair (in black and red). The seller shipped it the same day I placed the order, and it arrived four days later (on day 2 of a 5-day delivery window). And packaging was excellent. Although the box took a hit somewhere in the process, and the shipping seal had been compromised, nothing inside was damaged in any way. So, kudos to the seller for all of that.In the flesh, I found the chair to be well-engineered and made from quality materials. Assembly was a can of corn (slightly tougher than a piece of cake), and should present no real difficulty to anyone with basic tool-using skills. Moreover, the finished product is truly a thing of beauty, with all the features I’m looking for.AND it comes at a nice price, I think. But...There’s a problem with the product description, which says the seat is adjustable to a height of between 13.4 and 17.5 inches. There’s also a picture on the product page showing those same specifications. Unfortunately for me, those specs are entirely incorrect. The seat is actually adjustable to a height of between 17.0 and 21.5 inches (plus or minus a fraction either way). Being only 5’ 6” tall, I was looking for a chair that bottomed out at 16” or lower. So I ordered this chair based on the incorrect product information and was very disappointed to feel my legs numbing after about 30 minutes on it. I wanted so badly to keep this chair that I ignored the problem for three days, hoping that either I’d get accustomed to the chair, or it would become accustomed to me. But neither of those things happened.Another issue for me was various grinding, clicking and clunking noises emanating from the tilt mechanism. I did manage to get the chair to quiet down considerably by lubricating the pivot points, but it still made an annoying clicking sound whenever I moved the slightest bit. And three days after lubricating, some of the other noises are starting to come back, too.Whiles it’s entirely conceivable that a replacement tilt mechanism might solve the noise issues, the seat height problem has become a show-stopper for me. Tho it breaks my heart, this chair will have to be returned. I nevertheless recommend it to anyone who’s taller than about 5’ 7” and has a can of WD-40.
