Not the right item ordered
I ordered the Easy Does It version for my 87 year old mom who needs a little exercise. What I received was the regular level 1 workout. She cannot do the floor positions. Would like to have the one we ordered but have limited funds. Not sure what happened.

Oxycise System: Easy Does It
I bought the Oxycise Easy Does It DVD as an addition to other Oxycise DVD's that I own. For those who are wondering what Oxycise is or if it works, a (very) simple explanation is that it is exercise based on breathing techniques specific to isometrics (muscle contraction/resistance) which does work if done correctly and diligently. It is not difficult to learn but from experience, I will say one must learn the breathing correctly for results. What are the results? For me personally when I do Oxycise consistently, I firm up considerably and lose a bit of weight (which is very difficult for me). I bought the Easy Does It DVD because I have an ankle injury and the exercises involve standing or sitting rather then getting down on the floor as with the other Oxycise DVD's.The Oxycise technique I think is probably underrated because it is based on breathing--which is free--and so some may believe it might not work or be worth the effort. I know--because I formerly thought that way. And the name: Oxycise, may make one think of an infomercial leaning towards a gimmick. It really is not. The founder of this exercise program has a track record of sincerity over several years and really seems to want people to be healthy--not just slim, but feeling good. Evidently, many (me for one) tend to breathe too shallow. This isn't too hard to believe in our stressed out world. When I am consistent with this type of exercise--which takes 15 minutes each day--I do feel better and over time: look better. The Oxycise program--Easy Does It (or the other related DVD's offering more intensity) is worth checking out.
