This laptop is amazing value for money in terms of its specifications. It is really fast and delivers aspects that would normally cost twice as much.However, it is a very strange computer. Mine was sold as brand new but has two other Chinese user accounts on it. I scanned it for spy and malware and it came back clean but that was very strange. They had desktops set up in Mandarin and everything.The webcam is useless as it's really poor quality and set at the bottom of the screen.The keyboard is a rough approximation of an American one but the keys are in the wrong places so it's awkward to use and the touch pad messes up constantly. Battery life is super poor and the general feel is that it was manufactured in the 80s because it's so clunky.However even though I despise this product and hate every time I turn it on to work from home, it still runs way faster than my brand new Chromebook and was cheaper. I don't know that I'd buy it again but it's definitely exceptional value for money if you don't mind the risk of someone spying on you

Constantly malfunction

Bought this for my teenage daughter so she can use it for drawing, gaming and schoolwork. We are very happy with this product. My daughter loves it. Didn’t know that the keyboard lit up until we turned it on. She loves that. Lol. Overall, it’s a great laptop for your money!
