Low cost, easy-to-read, everyday watch
Likes:- Easy to read• Dials/watch hand color (white) contrasts well with the black background of the watch• 5 minute time increments denoted with the bold dash marks on the outer circumference of the watch for quick time approximates is a nice addition- Standard or military time- Double loop NATO band/strap, made from nylon, that is lightweight, durable and breathable for light to moderate activitiesOther comments & dislikes:- The watch crown is larger, about 6½mm-7mm in diameter and it is not protected with any angled or beveled metal around it. Possible to be snagged or tugged on.- The bioluminescence on the hour and minute hands is present but short lived, but it is a nice feature nonetheless. If you are working in a dark environment I would not depend on the bioluminescence to make out time if that is important for you.Overall this is a great everyday wear watch and hopefully it holds up over the year.

Great value
If anything changes I will update my review but first impressions are the watch looks great. We will see how it holds up to abuse but I switched the strap for a leather Nato strap to further add to the comfort factor. The watch is not very large and it is thin in nature due to being a quartz movement. The lume works great for a watch this price and is ledgible in the dark. Doesn't last a crazy amount of time but it is more than enough for me at this price point. It is very light and can barley tell that I am wearing it. It has a bead blasted finish which I really like because it should hide scratches better than a fully polished case. I work with my hands often and on automobiles so we will see how it holds up with getting wet or banged around. It is a mineral crystal so not as resistant as sapphire but again at this price it's expected. If anything happens to it it's very easy to buy another one or if you choose to you can always buy a sapphire crystal and swap them out. Overall the first impression is 5 stars and I would recommend.

Superb Value
I've collected watches of all types for more than 40 years, and this watch is an incredible bargain. Materials are excellent -- stainless steel case and back, mineral crystal, solid quartz movement. 50M WR is more than adequate for everyday use -- if you plan do go diving, use a watch designed for that. Dial and hands are standard military Type II field watch design, easy to read even in poor lighting. The watch is relatively light (remember, this a 40mm stainless steel case). Strap width of 22mm is actually rare for a 40mm watch and gives it better support. The black NATO strap is excellent and would easily cost half the price of the watch on Amazon. All this for about $25; how can you go wrong?

Battery impossible to change
Had this watch for 3 years, then stopped working. Okay, just change the battery. Well, there is a good reason there is no indication of what battery it uses on the back of the case. It does not appear that it was every considered that anyone would want to replace the battery. I made a special steel spanner wrench to open the watch. After struggling for over an hour with as much force as I could muster, I was unable to break the seal and open the watch. In a last-ditch effort, I took a steel point punch and hammer to the tabs to just attempt to break the seal. That failed. My efforts complement a bunch of other reviewers who tried to change the battery. I too would describe this as a throw-away watch after approximately 3 years. Must have been threaded in using a permanent Loctite, or an equivalent sealer. Longevity be damned.

Decent, get what you pay for
After wearing this watch for about 7 weeks, I can give an honest review. The band is solid, doesn’t stretch, and the holes do not open up/stretch. It lips time extremely well, meaning it doesn’t run fast or slow. Extremely easy to read face and I especially like the red detail on the seconds hand. The first shortcoming I noticed on day one is that the glow in the dark/nighttime readability is non existent. The “glow” lasted about 45 minutes after dark. The second is that this watch is definitely not waterproof. The included picture shows the watch currently. I work in the construction field, so this watch has been fully submerged from hand washing, water hoses, dirty puddles and sweat.Overall it’s a solid watch that I really wish was actually waterproof because I would buy several more to have for years to come.

Sensible and Serviceable Watch for a Good Price
I was looking for a reasonably cheap watch (<$50) which was a simple analog, had a working date display and military time designated on the face (for my job I frequently have to convert between the two systems so I was looking to have a quick reference on my wrist). This Infantry watch ticked all of the boxes and came in at a very respectable price. It also came in flat black which I liked and it had a non-metallic strap (metallic straps look quite nice, but wearing them every day can lead to chipped paint, scratches ,etc.) I've had the watch now for a few days and after initially setting it, I've been checking the time against my phone and it seems to be holding time well and rolling over the date as expected. Overall, I am very happy with value/price of this watch. The only criticism I might add would be that it would be nice to have a way to adjust the length of the watch band a bit. My arm is just thick enough that the band is about 5mm too long. Helpfully, they had included double rings that can be used to tuck the strap back on itself, and to my surprise, even that short bit of extra so far seems to be staying tucked, but I initially was concerned that it would keep working loose and therefore wanted to be able to make the necessary very short adjustment to the watch band length.
