Works for TR-8
While it is center (-) and 6V (not 5.7 like the original) it works for my TR8. Cable is on the shorter side ~5ftWill see it’s longevity.

False/ Misleading Description
I bought this cord because I needed a replacement for the Roland JD-Xi. In the description it says that this power cord supports the "Roland JD-Xi JDXi 37 BOSS mini Keyboard". This is either worded poorly or just false as this cord is NOT compatible with my JD-Xi. I waited too long and cannot return it, but I feel like this is not a fair description of the product and it is very misleading.

Does Not Work With Roland TR-8
This power supply didn't work with the Roland TR-8. According to the Electronics Tech I use, this unit is very finicky with power supplies, and it needs a 5.7VDC power supply (FWIW the TR-8 draws 850mA). The UpBright adapter output actually measured 6.4VDC.
