My purchase gaunt been fitted yet but I am very impressed with the quality, delivery and price , highly recommend.

Looks good, ok taps
It looks very good, however, the tap quality is reasonable. Water flow doesn't stop till we tighten it very hard.

Not effective mixer
Not happy as it is not mixing hot and cold at all when cold water is on…. Plumber should have explained clearly to me before fixing. I like the product itself but description should have been more clear about different water pressure and what sort of water pressure is suitable for this one. We have gravity fed hot water system and cold from main supply hence the problem , I know now. Don’t know how to resolve… total waste of money and energy. I am sorry to write this but wanted to alert others who is wondering to buy ..they should check beforehand.

The shower flex gets in the way of the hot tap.
Turning on the hot tap is difficult as shower hose is in the way

Broke within a week
Bought beginning March installed beginning April, hot tap won't allow water to come out. Gone Passed 28 day return window. Messaged Enki direct. Waiting on reply.
