Just what I wanted and the right balance of herbs etc.
I have been making my own mix for some time, but that proved expensive as I didn’t use all the ingredients often and they lost their zip! So buying this mix, similar to my own - infact an improvement - was a real winner. Thank you.

Ein tolles und leckeres Produkt, was zu empfehlen ist
Das Fischgewürz habe ich schon 3 mal bestellt und es schmeckt sehr gut. Man kann es für Kochfisch und Backfisch nehmen. Man sollte aber trotzdem noch ne Prise Salz am Fisch tun. Die Qualität ist gleichbleibend , da es in einer Vakuumtüte ist. Keine Konservierungsmittel, Zucker oder der gleichen ist da drin.
