Crap
FedEx dropped the ball and took forever only to deliver a carbon filter that was damaged. I can't even touch this thing without my hands being covered in coal and I have a huge mess I now need to clean up thanks for nothing. Do not but this .

Cheaply made and not the size advertised
This is the second time I’ve tried ordering from them and it’s been wrong both times. Not happy with product.Not at all what I ordered, it’s not 22” tall first.Next it’s cheaply put together and half of the charcoal was in the box once I opened it.

Is not 20" tall! Comes with 0 paperwork, so nobody to contact or complain to. Looks and feels extremely cheep, 12" tall. Funny how there's a 5 star review...pretty sure that's the sler tooting their own horn. I'm pretty frustrated with this...
