Barbie stars as Blair Willows, a kind-hearted girl who is chosen to attend Princess Charm School: a magical, modern place that teaches dancing, how to have tea parties, and proper princess manners. Blair loves her classes -- as well as the helpful magical sprites and her new friends, Princesses Hadley and Delancy. But when royal teacher Dame Devin discovers that Blair looks a lot like the kingdom's missing princess, she turns Blair's world upside down to stop her from claiming the throne. The animation is great as always and it's just the right length for children (around 60mins) but it's the fairytale story I enjoyed. I wasn't too keen on the fairy and mermaid barbie films but their fairytales are great and this is a modern take on the rags to riches tale that boys and girls will love. If you like Barbie or just great family films then give it a go ! Review: For any Barbie story fan - My daughters (age 7 & 2) love watching Barbie movies & singing along to the songs. They can watch these over and over again & never get bored. They have virtually the entire Barbie dvd collection now; brilliant for a rainy/cold day, or when they need to sit and be calm (so I can get on with housework etc. ... naughty mummy using tv to "watch" the kids :) !!) The stories always have a respectful tone, & well-mannered underlying moral / teachings so that's an added bonus - I buy dvds to entertain my kids ... not teach them, so when they do I see it as a responsibly made product (it's my job to raise my girls the right way after all). All in all - always an excellent purchase!

Magical !
Having watched all the Barbie movies, I have to say, this is definitely one of the best. The animation is great as always and it's just the right length for children (around 60mins) but it's the fairytale story I enjoyed. I wasn't too keen on the fairy and mermaid barbie films but their fairytales are great and this is a modern take on the rags to riches tale that boys and girls will love. If you like Barbie or just great family films then give it a go !

good barbie film
good story from barbie where good triumphs of bad, baribe was found on a doorstep and turned out to be a princess so the story says everyone is a princess inside, just what little girls like to hear, good story, my daughter (7yrs) liked it and has the doll to

Christmas present to my little Grand daughters
My grand daughters love watching this and continue to watch it again and again. This is an idea present for little girls.

Bums on seats Great!!
As always it is as viewed as much as all the others!! Barbie and princess mad 3yr old has all the things she loves! Keeps her on the seat and amused the whole way through so more than five stars in my book! Just do they have to do a mermaid tale 2 i'm a bit mermaided out!!

This Barbie DVD--Princess Charm School has "charmed" my two granddaughters ,aged 3 and 6 ,who love to watch it ,and I will be looking out for any new "Barbie" DVD's that appear for sale on Amazon to add to their collection as they are just so perfect for little girls .

nice movie.
I am not love Barbie I hate Barbie But I like some Barbie movie only so I have few Barbie dvds so this is nice and good. And this have English subtitles.

Schade, dass die Sprachen bei der DVD nirgendwo aufgelistet waren und die DVD nur in Englisch ist. Wir sprechen zwar alle Englisch aber ich habe schon vor dem Kauf herumgerätselt.
