DUNHAO COSWomen's Double Victorian Pannier Bustle Cage Underskirt

This product isn't really usable. I'm trying to rig it so it will somewhat work as I have no time now to find a different one or make one (which is why I bought this one in the first place). It's quite flimsy and collapses under the weight of the skirt it's meant to hold up. It's only one layer of taffeta, I don't have heavy petticoats or anything adding extra weight but it just won't stay up the way it is. I'm hot-gluing some boning in certain places hoping that despite how crazy it now looks it will actually hold the skit's shape now.... I'll update if it works but it's certainly not worth the price AND the extra effort.

This was a really helpful base, and then I used extra boning to make it sturdier. If you’re wearing a VERY lightweight fabric, it may be just fine for you, but my skirt is a thick brocade and totally weighed down this bustle, as is.
