These came with a coating that started to flake off, assuming that is to keep the rubber from drying out. Installs easily and straight forward setup. Time will tell, took 1 star away due to missed the barrel cover for one of the bolts.

This product is pure garbage don’t waste your money put it on and broke within the second time it was removed.The rubber is cheap and doesn’t stretch well.

I'm about done with the first year using these. They have not lost elasticity and keep things tight.
