Holy smokes, literally! This little burner packs a punch! I have three Scentsy electric warmers and I may never need to buy another one. I have not yet experienced the bowl cracking, but the wax melt definitely does start to burn off when it reaches peak heat. I have to burn at most a third of a tea light candle to fill my entire living room with scent and it lasts for at least an hour. I would say you can't really leave this guy unattended, but it's simple enough to light the candle, let it burn for 15-40 minutes and blow it out again. If you're home all day you can easily do this process multiple times and whatever scent is your fancy will waft around magnificently. I bought the black one, and I think I may have to buy more, the scent throw is just incredible for a simple design. Love the tea light holder as well!

First off, this got shipped with so much careful thought, it felt like I was taking a sweet baby out of its cradle. Then I assembled it and realized... wow! This is really well designed, so much better than the one I just broke and had to replace.My previous essential oil burner had a top bowl with a large handle, which sat on top of the candle-holder base like a cooking pot wobbling on a saucer. If I ever bumped into that handle, it tipped over and spilled its contents. The base also had several small holes around the side and one middling sized hole on the top, jusssst barely big enough to squeeze out a used tealight. All those small holes also meant it was a pain to scrape out dried candle drips from the inside of the base. Lots of time spent poking the handle of a spoon into the base, scraping out wax.But this oil burner is better with regard to every one of those issues.The top bowl on this burner has a bottom wedge that fits neatly and securely inside a large hole, making it far less likely to tip over. I tried tapping it from the sides and it doesn’t budge! It has a neat little spoon that holds the tealight, so that just slides out, holding the candle. That spoon slides into a generously sized hole, and there's a big hole on the top, making it easier to scrape out any stray wax from several angles. Meanwhile, the top bowl is separate from the base, making it even easier to clean up.On top of all those functional improvements, it has a beautiful, graceful shape.I'm already in love with this oil burner, and I haven't even used it yet :-)

Exactly what I was looking for. Hard to find since most are now electric and go by a lightbulb which doesn’t put out enough heat for a strong scent. This is perfect!

It worked well, but is very fragile. I was using a less than one hour tea light (they are bottle cap sized) and has a 3/4 inch of water in the top. It ran out just at the end, but only a few minutes (less than 5) and it was cracked and unusable in 2 places all the way thru. Had to junk it. It shouldn't crack after only a few minutes.

I was really excited when I got this wax warmer because I loved the look of it! However, it unfortunately caused my wax melts to get way too hot, and therefore burn of the top and middle notes of the fragrance to quickly. It got so hot that I was able to see smoke from the fragrance in the air. It definitely produced a strong hot throw from the wax melts, but I prefer a wax warmer that throws a less intense scent for a longer period of time. I have since returned the tealight wax warmer because it got too hot and have decided to stick with electric warmers for the time being. I guess it all comes down to personal preference. I am giving this product 3 stars because I feel like it could be improved by making the warmer a little taller, so the dish sits higher from the flame. I also feel like adding another opening to the other side of the warmer, could possibly help the heat escape more, so it would not all get trapped under the dish and cause the wax to get so hot. Overall, I love the look of the warmer, but I am unfortunately not happy with how it functions.

i was so excited for this wax melter to come in the mail, i thought the candle holder part was so cute and makes sense to for when you’re ready to blow it out and it was the main reason for buying this particular warmer. But when i opened the box and got the pieces out the candle holder with the handle was missing. Hoping it works well anyhow.

I had a previous essential oil burner, but it would get so hot that it would burn anything it sat on. And that one was a "luxury" burner.This one is vastly superior and cost about 20% of the price as the previous one.It looks good. The base remains cool to the touch even when the burner is in use. It is actually quite a big size which makes it easier to use. The unit comes with a candle tray that perfectly fits a tea light and makes the placing and removing of the candle super easy. And, best of all, the fragrance produced comes about strongly and quickly.

I ordered this as I lost the top to my trusty old burner. I chose this one as it has a large capacity. I want a burner to diffuse pure essential oils in water(can't be doing with stupid synthetic wax melts). This is great, the capacity of the bowl far outlasts burn time of a tea light. The little tea light holder is great as the handle doesn't get hot. The actual pot itself does but that's normal with any oil burner. It's bigger than I expected but looks nice on coffee table stood on a slate mat. I think it will be easy to clean the bowl too. Perfect for diffusing pure oils in water. For the price it's good value, and does what it's designed for as well as looking nice.

Just like the picture and works as well as you could want. The tea light holder did however break very easily.

I looked at loads of reviews before deciding on this one. There are even 1 star reviews for this item saying "do not buy" etc. To be blunt these people are either total numpties or just desperately looking for something to complain about. Some of the complaint pictures aren't even of the same item! Ignore them all 'cos its absolutely perfect. Beautifully made and came packaged extremely securely. Nice sized bowl easily fits enough water for a whole tea light so no risk of it running dry. Although I have accidentally run it dry and it did not and will not crack. The ceramic is fired at a far higher temperature than a tea light can muster. Has a great little ceramic spoon for the tea light.Just buy it!

Really neat design, love the little spoon that you put the tea light in. Getting the wax out of the top is a bit more challenging but overall a great item

I love this oil burner. It’s got loads of room for the water and oil so you don’t have to worry about it going dry and breaking like so many do. The handle for the tea light is really handy too. I use oil burners all the time and this one is for sure the best value I’ve found. It’s really well made and functions exactly how you want it to. Highly recommend this.
