What's to like?? Why not just do Green & Blacks or Alter Eco 85% Organic?
Well - I was not so nearly impressed - there was nothing that I liked particularly - I much prefer the Alter Eco and Green and Black 85% - both are smoother and tastier - with just a minimally more sugar.What esp. bothered me was the ingredientsCocoa MassFat Reduced cocoa powder (why Fat reduced??)Sugar (4gm)Cocoa butter (less cocoa butter than sugar??)Emulsifiers (wth?)lecithins (why?)polyglcerol polyrconoleate (wtf????)Flavour (wth??)Compare this to G&B - much smoother, tastier - with only 5 gms of sugar (1 more gm) - ALL items ORGANIC, etc., etc. None of the crap.Likewise - Alter Eco has just four ingredients and 6gms sugar - Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, vanilla beans - ALL organic and fair trade.I am at a complete loss as to why people are jazzed about this.

Great Chocolate
One of the best tasting dark chocolate bars I had in an long time nice and bitter not too sweet at all just the way I like it the perfect balance of flavors everyone who likes dark bitter chocolate definely try thus one you will enjoy it
