Used from Amazon Warehouse. I have yet to have issues...
Works perfectly!!! Finally!I bought a refurbished board (model Asus Prime B550M-A Wifi) from another vendor and boy was it a nightmare. First, it's "renewed like new," condition didn't even include original accessories. The wifi antenna was not original but a generic version (2sticks) and pulled only 21mBps. This is a 300Mbps internet connection so I expected more. Well, this Amazon "used" is so much better at 50Mbps, simply because the antenna is the original part. I was even ready to let this pass, since I intend to use a cable, until the board had other issues, it would not let me into the bios. There was no splash screen with prompt to hit the "del" button. I tried every way of getting into the bios through, windows reset, windows restart/recover, resetting the CMOS, every which way possible but it would not let me. So I returned it for a replacement. It never arrived. They canceled it and I didn't even know. So between all the delays, all the other components' return windows had closed.Amazon to the rescue!I bought the same board but through Amazon warehouse. It is perfect. As in the description, the box is beaten up that's about it. The board and all the accessories are original parts and work great. The only thing is it is only a 30-day return window while the other was 90 days. So I'll test this board thoroughly in the given time and make sure all is well.I have bought many refurbished or "used" items from Amazon warehouse and have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I think there were a few times the product was not satisfactory and Amazon took it back without a hassle. As for the mobo, look, I'm not a techie and I hear the AMD APU Ryzen 5600g chip is a bear to O.C. so I'm leaving it alone. The nice thing is with this board I can connect it to 3 monitors and since I'm going to be day-trading on it, it works out great. I've also found that if I add another discreet GPU with more video ports all will work without issue to have even more monitors. All in all, after nearly 2 months of delays the system finally came together. Thanks Amazon!

Amazing MOBO. Has everything you need
First AMD build and it everything went flawlessly. Windows 11 worked right off the bat. Built-in wifi is blazing fast and saved me a lot of space since we don't need to install a PCI wifi adapter. The included antenna is a mess but I just replaced with with 2 wifi antennas. Still works great!Bonus is that I didn't realize there was bluetooth built in. Another bonus! The Amour utility is also a nice app that allows me to update drivers, adjust fan speed and monitor cpu usage and temp. Can't go wrong with ASUS.

Easy setup for the money. Worked right out of the box with an AMD 5700g - Great HTPC board.
Built the system on the case box with a Noctua low profile CPU cooler, an AMD 5700g, 1TB Samsung evo 970 plus, 64GB (16x4) Team-force clocked at 3200mhz DOCP XMP profile. I didn't need to flash any firmware. All I had to do is put my screw driver tip on the power switch pins and presto - successful boot with idle temps at around 36*c. I'm very impressed. Asus focused on practicality when designing this board, this isn't the type of board for OC'ing. It can be used for light gaming but it gets around 70-75*C toasty. - but when I get my case in I expect temperatures to drop.

Good board, great software
This is my second Asus board build (previous was an AM3+ platform). The board itself is basic but good.Pros: it has WiFi (requirement for me). It's an Asus board, so it works with the AI Suite and the newer Armory thing. But basically the reason I choose Asus is the software, the AI Suite.Fan Xpert tuned my fans automatically, allowed me to label each one and automatically set the low end RPM correctly. Every fan needs a slightly different curve but together they are quiet and cool.Windows 10 detected the board, then auto downloaded and installed the armory thing, which you can use to download AI Suite and other apps. There's 4 fan headers. Which is about right. The BIOS is still good. The onboard lighting is subdued (and configurable). I can sleep without the board lighting up the room.Cons : it's a no frills board. There's no power button on the board (which is a frustrating point for testing). There's an outdated IO shield that miraculously worked with my chosen case (to me it's a crapshoot). You can buy better featured boards for less but I think the software that ties it all together is worth it for me.So in summary it's a nice board if you can stand that it doesn't have every feature and doesn't have GAMER written all over it in neon lights. But basically a low end board with WiFi added.

It's good board, and it worked well.
It's good board, and it worked well. My only wish is that it would ship with the latest BIOS already installed. if it does not have the latest BIOS installed, you may have to flash it without a CPU, or use an older CPU temporarily, to get the BIOS updated, to support the latest compatible CPUs.

Great Out-Of-Box for Ryzen 9 5900x
This ASUS Prime B550M-A WiFi motherboard works well with the Ryzen 9 5900x CPU. Out of the box, this motherboard can instantly use the Ryzen 9 5900x CPU without requiring a BIOS update. For someone that didn't have another computer to download a BIOS update, it went perfectly for me. Only downside is that if a PC case has a USB-C port, there was not an option for me to insert the correct cable on the motherboard to power up the USB-C port. For the price, the motherboard can pack a punch.

Value!
This mother board works well, I always tend to purchase ASUS when able. I am not disappointed with this purchase either. Everything was included in the box as advertised. The WiFi, and the BT work very well, after I find the WiFi was not connecting until I changed the network adapter settings. This wireless adapter requires a DNS to be entered, even though I use a DHCP connection. Other than that smooth sailing, worked very well with Ryzen 3600X processor, 32GB DD4 @ 3200mhz. No errors on Windows 10, working very well for my Wife's build.
