I have been smoking for more years than I can remember, usually smoke about 20 to 30 a day and I have attempted to quit but failed a few times, even by using champix from the doctors. This spray is amazing I only bought it to take the edge off when I couldn’t go for a cig as I was staying at a non smokers house overnight and I’m amazed with the results. I didn’t go or need to go for a cig at all. I had two sprays just bought going in the house at 6pm and then nothing the need completing went off. I only realised I didn’t smoke the morning after at about 11am when I was on my way home. I strongly believe this spray is going to make me quit for good this time. Would very highly recommend

Impressed, have tried other methods to give up vaping such as Gum and Patches, but quick mist by far the most effective, if I get a craving to have a vape or feel stressed/irritable, I spray mist in to mouth, is remarkable how quickly the craving fades, find one spray and hour works well but reckon will be able to cut down in next few weeks, much much less addictive than constantly puffing on vape. After a few days I can breathe easier and feel more healthy and energetic. Highly recommend, give it a go!

These work well to remove the craving.There is an app to use if you wish, I like the app as it quantifies your progress.There’s 150 sprays in each one, I’m averaging 8 sprays per day (but this will increase as I progress and smoke less cigs per day) so this pack of two should last around 3 or 4 weeks.That’s pretty good value for money!

Easy to use. Just download the app and keep it against your phone to register the spray.

After 4 years of ending up more hooked on the spray than smoking itself, I went cold turkey. Feels horrible. It certainly does the trick just be careful

Quickmist has helped me stop vaping that I was addicted to after stopping smoking cigarettes, 150 spray lasts me at least 2 weeks, instantly stops craving , don’t need much now just when stressed

I found this too harsh tasting. Gave me a pain in my chest when I used it. Not nice.
