ELECTOP4 Pin S-Video to 3 Male RCA Composite Video Cable 1.45M(4.75FT)

I purchased this item to use with my Sony Camcorder, DCR-TRV 260, to burn DVDs on my Toshiba VHS/DVD recorder. The S video jack fits the camera, however after I plugged in the RCA jacks into the Toshiba recorder, there was not sound or video on my TV monitor. I know that the problem is not with my Toshiba recorder, since I used it to burn DVDs from an older camcorder and VHS player. I can see the video playing on my camcorder screen, but it is not being transferred over to the Toshiba recorder.This was my earlier review. After doing more research about my camera, turns out this is not the cable that I need. Therefore, I retract my earlier review.

Did not work with Samsung Hi 8 camcorder. Video and Audio were both unusable. REturned.

I recently purchased a Sony 4K Ultra HD TV. I had 2 legacy video components - a Toshiba Super VHS VCR and a Pioneer LaserDisc player - that use S Video connections, and I wanted to hook them up to the new TV. Unfortunately, the Electop converters were not the solution to my problem, and I have no choice other than to return them. I should mention that they look like a well-made product.

Didn't work for my older Sony Cam recorder. I wanted to watch the old tapes connecting the Cam to the TV but didn't work. Pins fit and everything but it still wasn't compatible to the Cam for some reason. I tried connecting to 3 different TV's and nothing.This cable probably works good for other devices though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I tried

Not much to say, simply some electronic cords, that work just fine.
