This kit makes taking baby's temperature and dispensing medicine a snap. The great thing about the digital pacifier thermometer is that it provides an alternative to rectal or oral thermometers. Simply slip the orthodontic nipple into baby's mouth, just like any pacifier, and within 90 seconds it will have an accurate temperature reading. What's more, if the temperature it registers is above 99.9 degrees, it plays a soft musical version of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star." The medicine dispenser included in the kit is shaped like a syringe and lets a parent measure the exact amount of medication and then gently and slowly squirt it into a sick child's mouth.
