My daughter bought this for my granddaughters xmas. It is so pretty and it sounds pretty good. I was being a snob looking for Ibanez and was frustrated my daughter went inexpensive, but then my granddaughter played a little for me. For the money and a new player you really cant go wrong with this bundle

I ordered this guitar for my daughter; she has an electric already and was interested in an acoustic. The order shipped on time and was packaged well. She really loved the carvings; she said it looked and felt really good. All was well until about two weeks later and it seems the high E cut or fractured the nut and was now flat on the fretboard. I contacted the seller and got a quick response from Amy. I provided her some pictures my daughter sent for reference (I have not been able to see it and only know the problem from texts). After seeing the pictures, she agreed to replace the part no questions asked. The part has not arrived yet and I have no idea how to replace it, but it is a start. I will update at a later date after seeing the issue and repairing it.Note: I got the guitar back today, there is some sort of manufacturing problem, it looks like the neck is bent. I have 5 other guitars and I could not figure out what is wrong with this one. Buyer beware....

Guitar has a very light sound and resonates well. Sounds similar to my old Takamine. Pickup sounds good.

I bought this for my birthday. It arrived early but with cosmetic damage (see picture). They sent a replacement one and I'll send the damaged one back. But it plays beautifully. The action is a bit high for a beginner but the guitar itself is very deep and rich. Sounding. Beautiful finish.

I bought this guitar just to have to pass around the campfire and for my kids to play. Something they beat up on and I wouldn't have any worries. It plays so nice that I actually took it to the recording studio with me the other day. It's great guitar. If you want something inexpensive that plays and sounds great this is it.

Decided to purchase my first guitar and settled on the green Winzz. It arrived two days late, though that was the fault of USPS, not Amazon.I was initially worried after reading a few of the latest reviews that some accessories would be missing. But when I cut through the cardboard box, ALMOST everything was there. I was missing the free classes, but I figure YouTube can help me there.Off the bat, the guitar is gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice. It's got a good heft to it and the smooth finish on the back, sides, and face feels good.I can't seem to figure out the strap; maybe I received a smaller strap because it doesn't seem to extend all the way around.It'll need tuning first, but even then, the quality is outstanding. I spent the last 5 hours learning chords and tuning, and I'm definitely looking forward to spending more hours with it.Highly recommend this guitar.

The frets were a little sharp on the edges I have a tool for that took all the 5 minutes to fix it, wonderful workmanship just a joy to play, loud good tone, Love it
