Clean water and easy setup
This water filter works great! It was super easy to install and started working right away. The taste of the water improved instantly — no more chlorine or weird aftertaste. It gives me peace of mind knowing the water is cleaner and safer. For the price, it’s a great deal and lasts a good amount of time. I’ll definitely keep buying this one for future replacements. Highly recommend!

Great product, even greater customer service
I have absolutely loved having this in my kitchen sink. It does exactly what you expect from it, enjoy clean filtered water with ease. I love how easy it is to install by just connecting it to the cold water valve under the sink and the taste of the water is great as well. It is nice to know that the water I'm consuming at home is free of any contaminants and is safe to drink for my family. I did have an issue about 10 months into my purchase where I began to hear noises coming from under my sink and the cold water stopped flowing. I emailed customer service and they were so helpful. Robbie Li was the representative who assisted me and I could not ask for a nicer and professional interaction. Robbie was prompt to tell me that my problem was that the head was clogged and he immediately arranged for a new unit to be sent to my house. Afterwards, Robbie checked in to see if everything was okay and that the installation went well. I've honestly never had such a good experience with the customer service of a company like I had with Waterdrop. If you ever face a problem with your filter don't hesitate to contact their customer service they are phenomenal.

Game-Changer for Our Tap Water!
Installing this under-sink water filter was one of the best kitchen upgrades we’ve made. The water tastes noticeably cleaner and fresher — no weird aftertaste, just crisp and pure. It’s been great for drinking, cooking, and even making coffee taste better.Setup was pretty straightforward (even for someone who’s not super handy), and it doesn’t take up much space under the sink. It feels good knowing we’re cutting down on bottled water and saving money in the long run. Highly recommend if you want better water without the fuss of countertop filters!

Great Filtration, but Water Pressure Takes a Hit
I've been using the Waterdrop 15UA Under Sink Water Filter System for a few weeks now, and I'm overall quite pleased with it. The water tastes noticeably better, and I appreciate the reduction in chlorine and other contaminants. However, the one downside I've noticed is a significant decrease in water pressure.Pros:Excellent water quality: The filter effectively removes chlorine, sediment, and other impurities, resulting in cleaner, fresher-tasting water.Easy installation: The system is designed for DIY installation, and the included instructions make it straightforward to set up.Long filter life: Each filter cartridge lasts up to 24 months or 16,000 gallons, reducing the need for frequent replacements.Affordable price: Compared to some other under-sink filter systems, the Waterdrop 15UA is a budget-friendly option.Cons:Reduced water pressure: The most noticeable drawback is the decrease in water pressure. While it's still usable, it's definitely a trade-off for cleaner water.Overall:If you're looking for a reliable and affordable under-sink water filter that significantly improves water quality, the Waterdrop 15UA is a good choice. However, be aware that you may experience a decrease in water pressure.Additional Tips:If water pressure is a major concern, you might consider a different type of filter system, such as a reverse osmosis system.Regularly check the filter cartridge and replace it as needed to maintain optimal water flow and filtration.I hope this review is helpful!

Easy and effective; great company!
Before installing this, the water in our ski resort condo tasted awful in spite of a clean bill of health from the water department. I wonder if they filtered the water before they tested it! As someone who practically lives on ice for my water, juice, and Thai Iced Tea, the bad taste was (1) unpleasant and (2) made me worry about the health of the water. In particular, the widespread issues of lead are worrisome.Installation was very easy and quick after I found that this was the right unit for us in both the under-sink and refrigerator applications. Make sure you have 3/8" connectors (which are standard under sink). The company was very helpful in solving my problems with a companion product: the refrigerator water filter. It seems that my fridge was connected using a 3/8" system and had a step-down at the fridge. The under sink version was the one we needed for the fridge too, given the non-standard connections the appliance installer used.Others have worried about TDS (total dissolved solids), but I was just worried about lead and taste. During these times when you can't even be sure the water authorities are managing lead effectively, it's so nice to have this off of your plate of worries about the world. It's like magic that the water tastes fresh and clean now in our condo. No longer am I having to pull out the Pur pitcher from the fridge and keep it refilled. And better yet, managing ice cube trays in the freezer is no longer an issue, given that I've used another one of these units for the fridge. We had the automatic ice cube maker feature turned off given that they tasted like poison before installing this filter. The connectors worry some people. Yes, they merely slide in, but rest assured they cannot easily come out. I was a little nervous about the "push-on" connectors, especially given some of the comments here. But the instructions on the original fridge version provide cautions that if you cut the tubing, the cut needs to be perfectly straight. Also, you have to push in the connectors all the way in until they firmly stop. I did not see any instructions that talked about a "click," which someone mentioned. After pushing in until they stop, try pulling them out (be gentle) and you'll see they are in there solidly. I tested for leaks and everything has been fine for the last two months. If you need to pull the connectors out, there is a sleeve you pull on with your fingernail while pulling out the tubing. It seems quite well implemented. Until a month ago, I didn't even know that plumbers have used push connectors as a common option in copper pipes for some time for main water distribution to your faucet/dishwasher, etc. So I'm confident these wont' leak, even with renters currently in our condo for the month of August. Now my fridge doesn't need a Brita/Pur pitcher and our second unit that feeds the fridge assures that the ice cubes taste perfect. And they do! And not worrying about filter changes for two years is quite nice. I hope this company does well! Their outstanding, superb, excellent customer service is going to help them quite a bit. The only problem I had was trying to make sure they understood what my problem was, and using this under counter version was the answer. They helped me get to this resolution above and beyond the call of duty! Cheers (clinking glasses filled with clean tasting water)!
