the second time I've purchased this case. My first speck case - for the same laptop - did an excellent job protecting it and was very attractive and felt good to hold. Plus, it kept a turned-off cold metal computer from being uncomfortable on my lap. The plastic never felt cold. Over several years, the speck became dirty inside and even when I took it off to clean it, it never came completely clean. Also, the plastic started to chip and break off around the edges, although this was after many years of use. I still recommend this product highly and am very happy with the look and feel of the new case - and the gorgeous turquoise color!

Seems like a nice piece, but the Aqua Blue color wasn't as deep/rich as I thought it would be based on other reviews. It's a fairly bright color.

The MAC pro I purchased is a 15 inch Model #A1707. This product is too big. Some things you should just buy in person at Best Buy. Very Disappointed!!!

I have mixed feelings about this case:PROS:* satin feel is nice* aqua blue color is nice* plastic seems durable* goes on relatively easily, doesn't seem like it will fall off by accidentCONS:* doesn't cover the rear corners of the main body of the MacBook Pro! Note that the rear corners of the screen *are* protected, so at least there's that. Please take a look at the attached photos to see what I mean.To be fair, looking at most of the other brands of covers for this generation 15" MBP, leaving those rear corners bare seems to be a common deficiency. However, for me, covering *all* the corners is the main reason to buy one of these hard shells. If all I wanted was scratch protection on the top & bottom, I'd have gone with a much thinner/lighter vinyl sticker skin.I found a couple of brands on Amazon (KEC and iDOO) where their photos show those corners covered, so that's what I'll try next. Oops! I had this on my wishlist even before I got my laptop. When I received this item, I went to put it on my laptop, and it was too big. I apparently didn't read the entire description before I ordered it. I went back to my ordered items, and I saw that it says in the description, and it says NOT for 2016 Version. I just looked up 15” MacBook Pro, this came up, and I liked the color so I added it to my list. I know that this was my fault. Just be aware if you look up a certain size of laptop, make sure it will also fit the laptop. I didn't see the model number on the sticker before opening it.Other than my mistake ordering the wrong "item", it looks like a pretty good case.

I am very satisfied with this product. It was slightly too big for my laptop because it is not an Apple computer, but I made it work.

it fits perfectly and it does its job but the breakes underneath the cover keeps falling after just a couple of weeks. that's annoying honestly.
