Health Wise Cheese Dip/Soup Healthy Nutritious Diet Soup | High Protein, Low Calorie, Low Carb, Low Sugar (7/Box)

Finally! A protein cheese substitute! I do the Ideal Protein Alternatives diet and this is a great option for those of us wanting some cheesiness in our low carb, low fat lives. I made broccoli cheddar soup with this and it was amazing; felt like I was cheating! I can imagine this will be great for cheesy yet "protocol" recipes. I'm looking forward to cooking with this!Note: I haven't tried it yet on its own so I can't speak to that.

Love this as either a soup or a thick cheese dip to pour over my broccoli and cauliflower!

It tasted okay...until I mixed 1/2 cup of refried beans with jalapenos into the soup. It was really good!

I use on ideal protein alternatives and it’s sooo good!!! I use it for lunch with 2 cups of rice cauliflower! It’s like a real cheese soup!! Taste great!

I was looking for something to add flavor to my lean-and-green meal. (Those that follow Medifast, Optavia, and many other high-protein, low-carb diet plans that utilize 5 mini meal packets & 1 lean-and-green meal per day - you know what I mean.) I added this to my riced cauliflower & it was delicious! The box, (which contains 7 individual cheese powder packets), gives directions on whether you want to make it thicker like a dip (add 3 oz of water) or as a soup (add 6 oz of water) to each packet contents. It provides 15 grams of protein per serving. I would definitely purchase this versatile item again. Very creamy and cheese flavorful!
