Used to remove a very stuck, over torqued and rusty wheel nut.Took the full weight of the car as I used a jack to add pressure on a very long breaker bar. Did the job admirably.I would definitely recommend as good quality at a great price.

Does what it says on the tin. Two seized bolts on my old Mini Cooper off in no time.One of the bolts was severely rounded off.Very happy with this product and am glad to have them in the garage.

This bolt/nut extractor tool set is a great addition to any toolbox. The quality is good and the case makes storing easy. For times when you find that a nut/bolt has either already been rounded off and is starting to give way when trying to undo, these tools can be used to grip and remove the offending item. I would advise just using a ratchet and not an impact wrench as this gives more control and feel to when the tool bites. Even if you only use this once, it's a time saver and a game changer and will get you out of trouble.

Not the best quality but does the job just fine. Only used them once to extract a rounded bolt from the upper support of a shock absorber on my car and they performed beautifully. Had to tap the socket a little, and it bit in the bolt head at the first move. Very happy with the purchase.

Originally bought for a different job they say in my tool box for months I used, that was until I had to remove a 20 year old exhaust.For context 1 bolt had been completely rusted away1 bolt had rusted down to 11mm1 was the original 12mmThe final had rusted down to a domed shaped 10.5mm ISH nutThat last bolt I couldn't get any purchase on with any of my other sockets even a 10mm hammered on would slip, even after heating with mapp torch and Soaking in penetrating fluid and more heat cycles still couldnt get anything to bite hard enough to free it.As I contemplated have to slowly grind the nut off somehow I remembered I had these extractors so grabbed the best fitting extractor and didn't honestly expect it to free the nut..... Well I was wrong oh so wrong after hammering the extractor on and using a normal ratchet not even a breaker bar the extractor bit and started to turn the nut with a moderate amount of force needed.Heat soaking would have helped I know but if I hadn't had these extractors that nut was never coming out.

Purchased to resolve damaged bolt heads whilst repairing Honda Civic brake mechanism.Works really well and is one of those tools that is worth its weight in gold as its a real time saver.

No thanks to previous tyre fitter they'd stripped the head of the locking bolt head on our Citroen C3 Aircross wheel.This socket set only helped in the latter stages of removal since the bolt wouldn't respond to removal using all other methods shown on YT.The security spinning collar of the bolt had to be cut away before I could use this removal socket set on the remaining head part of the bolt. However once hammered on the bolt came undone with ease.However 'compressing' the spinning collar over the bolt head with the 17mm socket of this set didn't work for me. As I said, I had to cut away the spinning collar before I could use the 14mm socket piece to eventually remove the wheel bolt.It was a struggle over all but in the end this extractor socket set helped eventually.
