Does this blender come with a extra cup? If so what size is the cup?

Yes it comes with a 24 oz. Cup and lid. also something that looks like a billy club. I got it just before leaving for work. Really nice. Books also

Can you remove the blade from the pitcher or is it permanently attached like the older model?

Yes, you can unscrew the blade from the bottom of the pitcher for cleaning. The pitcher cannot be used without the blade being screwed onto its bottom.

Is this glass jar look like one cup it's glass ?

Both containers are hard plastic and the drinking cup is about 2 cups
