I love this product. I used it after breaking my ankle. It fit in our small bathroom and is very strong. I could sit on the bar to brush my teeth. It never once wobbled. The two side bars are just the right height. The front bar is on the floor in front of the WC but I never once stubbed my toe on it. The plates that tighten against the WC to hold the bars in place were very easy to install. I am very grateful to have found this!

I have used this toilet support for 7 months and have had no problems. Bought for support after having a total hip replacement. It is sturdy, easy to assemble, and easy to clean just pull it out to clean the floor and if needed take it outside or put it in the shower to clean the support itself. Adjusts easely I am an elderly woman 5'3 and 135 lbs.

At first putting it together and securing it to the toilet bowl wasn’t as easy with the instructions. However once we figured it out it seem to work well. If your toilet bowl is low you’ll find that the ball grips for each side of the ball may not fit as secure and snug however the four legs and the assistant arms are secure and work amazing. I am overweight and short so I do find it limiting width-wise however I can still function. I don’t believe this would be for Bariatric individuals.

I'm not a technical person, and this was very easy to install. There was a video on the website that I watched prior to purchase which really helped a lot. Most important was to check the bowl of the toilet to be sure the side supports would match up to the style of the bowl. This is a very secure and stable toilet safety unit and I would buy it again if needed. This would be a great product for anyone needing extra support when going to the bathroom -- elderly, handicapped, or even a child. Great product!

The seat was easy to install and was able to custom fit opening width and cross support height to match the toilet shape and elderly parent's physical size. Very stable with the side support that presses against the bowl, more so than the stand alone type that sits above the toilet that we were using.

Obviously this is for bathroom toliet support! Product was wobbly, unsteady, suction floor cups did not work, and the right arm was completely loose. Slanted arms on the chair were uncomfortable and prevented me from standing up easily. I had to use the straight bar piece in back of the slanted arm to help me rise up. I didn't feel SAFE using this chair. Another important thing is this chair is not made for ANY PERSON who is 300-330 lbs., as stated in the description, chair is only 21 inches WIDE!!!! Very deceptive. I thought spending a little more would make this a better product! NOPE. Will be returning this non-support item, ASAP for refund!!!!

The pads that should tighten on the toilet bowl do not. The toilet bowl pictured in the add is completely smooth on the sides. Most toilet bowls are not smooth from the top of the bowl to the floor.The basic frame added some stability for the person using it but not as much as we hoped.

Well designed and well made with steel components that fit together easily yet are simple to adjust. The sturdiness and the cups on the bottom of the risers do much to prevent slippage.
