I find these capsules sooo much easier to take than the powder stuff you have to mix in, which not only tastes horrible but turns to gel in the glass and you have to glug it down so quickly. These are easy peasy, just make sure you have a large drink with them (I cheat and have mine with a large cup of tea).The dosage on these is 700mg - worth checking as not all which are advertised are as high. It depends on your needs, of course, and we’re all different but for me, these are worth the slightly higher price.As I have diverticulosis, I take three a day and as a result, I haven’t had a flare up of actual diverticulitis (the associated infection) in months. No more bloating or discomfort and I’m regular as clockwork now. These are on my regular shopping list now, great price and total peace of mind for me.

Really good to get your fibre intake in but sometimes doesn’t work then other days

I recently bought a refill of these as my last batch had run out. Upon receiving the new batch I noticed a considerable change in size. After taking them for about 10 days I came to realise they are no longer effective, infact they had the opposite effect. Upon further investigation I realised the ingredients have also changed since the last batch I bought. Now containing bulking agents, emulsifiers and anti-caking agents. Psyllium husk is no longer the main ingredient either.As they are a supplement and open I am unable to get a refund. Very disappointed.

I've bought other supplements from this company before and so had no hesitation in ordering this product from them. I've not long started taking it, but all seems well. I am happy to recommend this company.

I had to change from sachets that I put in juice as they were no longer available, and I was sceptical. But I'm relieved to report that they work as well as the sachets did. The added bonus is that I can enjoy my breakfast orange juice without having bits of husk floating in it. Easy to swallow and tasteless. Would recommend

I’ve only just got these so no idea if they actually work - all I’ve been told is I need to increase my fibre intake … was advised fibre gel sachets in water - but they are disgusting.At the moment I’m rating 3 stars because it comes in a ridiculously huge bottle that is a quarter full…why???It’s a huge waste of plastic and it means it has to go in a bigger box with effects delivery.Hopefully they help to make me more regular and help with my IBS - but they seriously need a smaller container!!!

Nu u nutrition 700mg psyllium husk capsules 240 pack.A good UK based company.The capsules each contain 700mg of psyllium husks unlike some that are advertised per serving such as the combined contents of 2 or 3 capsules !The capsules are of medium size, say a little larger than a paracetamol capsule, are easy to swallow and must be followed by a glass of water.These are a repeat purchase and this shows that I am happy with their efficacy.
