GOLDTOE Women's Ultra Tec Crew Socks 3 Pack

Ordered a set of three of these a couple months ago. They are nice and thick, super comfy, well sized (I’m shoe size 9) and not too tight on my legs but snug enough to stay up over leggings. They have held up well under several wash cycles and hold their shape while wearing. Liked them so much I ordered another 3-pack!

I was pleased with the quality of these athletic style socks. I needed something to wear with dark colored sneakers. These look good, stay up, cushion my feet, and wick well. Make sure you have room in your shoe for a thicker sock, because these have some substance.

For years I have searched for women's socks that are all about quality, good fit, being long-lasting, and comfortable. I think these Gold Toe socks fit the bill. I hesitated to buy them in the past because of the price, but if I would have bought these long ago I could have saved money by not wasting it on all the other lower quality socks I bought to try out. I tried all the big brand names in stores from the cheap to the expensive, I tried store brand socks and then I tried some others online, and these Ultratec crew socks put them all to shame. Some of the other socks I bought in the past tried to be feminine and soft, which just made them slide around in my shoes uncomfortably, plus they wore down easily at the friction points. Some were athletic socks but they were too thin (even though the packaging claimed they were thick) and also prone to wearing out quickly. Either these sock companies think we women are always too dainty to need good socks or they just don't care about quality. The Gold Toe Ultratec socks definitely aren't dainty and fragile! They are thicker than normal socks but still my shoes fit fine, so they aren't too thick. At first I thought the socks (size 9-11) were just a tad big (I'm a size 7 US) but I washed them in hot water and dried them on high heat and so I think they shrunk just a tiny bit, enough to fit better. Also the top part of the sock above the ankle stays in place without being constricting, so that is good too.Overall, I would definitely recommend these socks to anyone who is unhappy with the average to poor quality of most other socks. They are worth the price.

I like the thickness of these socks, and the tightness is good. I wish they went a little higher up on the leg. They seem like they will hold up well. The price is high.

These are my all-time favorite socks. I am always up and on my feet and these are just good and comfortable.

At the beginning I found the rubber-banded sock cuffs tight and binding. But I have experience cutting my sock's cuffs to make them less binding. So I tried and cut the cuffs down to different heights, and finally with about an inch of cuff height, I found my comfortable cuff height. Now the sock cuffs provide enough hold without being binding.These socks are warm and comfy. Just right for the winter months. Now I like them very much!

These are very thick, like boot socks. The last socks I ordered (same brand/style) were much thinner. Just be aware these do not fit well in sneakers.

Nicely padded with ample elastic. Love this brand!
