Returned two more expensive ones for this one!
Finally, I have found it! This camera works great, at last. I had to return two more expensive webcams, one from the same brand but more expensive, it was buggy and disconnecting every few minutes, and another one from a different brand, that one had a much lower quality picture. This one was the one that worked great for me. Several caveats, though:1. The privacy cover that comes with the camera is supposed to stick to the front surface, but it keeps coming off. One of the solutions would be using some instant glue, but I was not sure I wanted a permanent attachement.2. I do admit that I never used a microphone on this camera. I'm so used to a microphone in my portable Jabra speaker, it gives a much clearer quality of speech and the mic can be brought closer to the mouth. I would anyways recommend using a microphone that you can move and adjust, not the little one on the camera.

Good budget webcam for work
I want to put this review in some context:- I needed a clean and crisp image but nothing crazy. I needed something under $50 for video conferencing.- I did not need a mic and I did not need Windows Hello compatibility. With that said I'll mention a few things:-It is a wide camera lens.-It is a fish eye camera so there are minor distortions at the edges of the image. I didn't mind or notice for a while.-It comes with a cover that you stick onto the camera. However as it has a wide camera lens, you will end up with a view that looks like you are looking through a telescope. Didn't need this feature.-The mic is not the best. For my purposes, this checked my boxes. If you are just looking for something that will give you clean video for cheap, this is it. It does what I need and without any issue.

Great quality camera, useless microphone
This camera has a pretty nice picture and good framerate. It has a very wide FOV (captures everything in my 16ft room). The only downside is that the microphone is pure garbage and unusable. However, this is a non issue for me as I have a USB microphone. The build quality is decent, however I did have to return the first one I bought due to a flaky cable and loose stand. Luckily, these issues were fixed when I received the replacement. Another great feature is that it has a tripod screw, which is handy. One thing to note, it is a lot bigger than I expected, about 4 1/2" wide, 1" tall and 1" long (not an issue however). Overall, I'd say the picture and video is on par and in some cases better than webcams costing more than $80. A good buy!

Does not work. Model no longer sold by manufacturer. No help
I am returning this item. The video worked a few times and was plug and play for this feature. (Video quality was fine for what we needed when it worked.) The audio never worked. Now it does not turn on at all. Just dead. No help from the manufacturer. This model is not even listed any more on their website so cannot update it or get help with it. Also, the camera cover is ok but is just stuck on with a bit of adhesive--I would not expect it to stay on very long or with more than moderate, gentle use, although it's held up ok for the time we have had this.

Good Value, Wide Viewing Angle
This is a great webcam for the price. I bought it because I have been working from home and wanted to be able to work on my home desktop rather than my work laptop. This allows me to join our zoom meetings on my desktop pc.The camera was pretty much plug and play. It was easy to set up and the picture is much higher quality than I was expecting for the price. The monitor clip was a bit confusing to figure out, but once you get it on, it's pretty stable. This also has a pretty wide viewing area, which may or may not be a positive on your end. For me, it doesn't really matter, but just be aware that you'll need to clean up your place. ;)Overall, this was a good buy. Great value for the cost and especially useful during this pandemic when more and more of us are connecting remotely.

If you want to see your entire office, this is for you
Way wider angle of view than I was expecting, was able to see my entire 12x12 office, with a large, noticeable fish-eye effect on the corners due to the wide angle lens.Returned for a 70 degree - more standard - view cam that's closer to the human eye.But hey, if you want those you're conferencing with to see EVERYTHING in your office, this could be the one for you!

Avoid it. Look for something else.
This was my 2nd try. This one and the 1st had the same issue. The microphone simply does not work. Tech support was responsive but of no real help with either unit. I asked if the PC02 was any better, TS indicated it was and would send me one if I did not return this one to Amazon. I had already returned it so the offer was withdrawn. I took a look at the reviews on the PC02 and 3. Looks like all have quality issues.

Poor Mic Audio, Privacy Cover Useless
Cameras video quality is fine, but due to the 120 degree wide angle lens, if you try to use the privacy cover that's included, a black circle appears all the way around the outside of your video image for everyone else to see. Also the mic is virtually unusable. Bought this for my wife as an add on to her dual external monitor setup using a laptop as a tower sitting off to the side. The mic on this camera sounds so bad and muffled for her frequent zoom calls, we had to set the default mic back to the laptop again off to the side that pics up exponentially better quality audio. Try not wasting your money on a different inexpensive webcam, I wish I had spent my money on something else.
