The Shopkins Sweets Shop Gingerbread House Decorating Kit, 15.7oz from Shopkins arrived safely, smooth and as scheduled.This gingerbread house kit comes in a rectangular box that is easy to wrap. The gingerbread kit is easy to follow and my kids were able to do most on their own. They did get some help putting it together with the frostings, but it was super fun.For a little shy of $14, I rate the Shopkins Sweets Shop Gingerbread House Decorating Kit 4 out of 5 Stars. I was a little disappointed at how small the gingerbread house is compare to the standard ones I usually buy in any markets. This one is almost half the size.We purchased this product at full price.

This turned out to be a bit smaller than expected, about half the size of the generic gingerbread houses I had when I was a kid, but it was really cute. This one was actually better than the ones I remember which always smelled delicious but were hard as a rock and difficult to assemble. My 9-year old grand-daughter loves shopkins and she had fun putting this one together. It arrived in perfect condition; the pieces were firm enough to stand, but not hard, and they were well packed and accurately sized for ease in assembling (and none of them were broken). Several sections were double and needed to be broken in half (the two halves of the roof were baked in one piece as well as the walls) which I thought might be difficult to separate without the pieces crumbling or breaking at the wrong angle, but they came apart very easily. There was plenty of frosting for assembly + decoration, and the only suggestion I have would be for more candy garnishes to be included in the kit--they seemed a bit sparse, I initially thought this gingerbread house was a bit pricey, but it turned out to be money well spent.

This kit had several broken pieces of gingerbread, in spite of the box being totally fine and the Amazon box being well-padded.It's so disappointing for little ones to find this when they are excited to build the house.You also have to snap a few pieces apart, and they aren't scored enough to do it well - you end up breaking more pieces! I gave this to my daughter for St. Nicholas. The gingerbread is sturdy and must be cut apart with a knife to avoid breaking any walls. There is an adequate amount of icing to go along with the attention span of a six year old, but not enough to provide the decor on the front of the box. Other colors would have been nice. Ours came with red gummies and the multicolored heart candies. Again, a little more variety would have made this a more enjoyable product. I thought it was lacking but my daughter had great fun building, decorating, and munching on the candies.

Arrived broken, apparently that seems to be the case for almost everyone. Very frustrating and took a ton of work to get it put together with 3 out of 6 pieces broken.Icing is also very difficult to work with. The dispenser is very poorly designed.But my daughter is only 2.5 so she likes it.

Paid 11 doallars forbthis item so glad that when I took it out of the shipping box it said the price was 3.99 so I pretty much paid 5 times the price of what it was worth?! Very confused and upset.. why rip people off at the holidays for a kids item..

This item showed up broken beyond repair. This is probably my fault for thinking it would be shipped and arrive in good shape. The product is adorable and i am sure would have been really cute if it wasn't so broken.

This is just a regular very small gingerbread house with pink frosting. They ONLY thing shopkins is that the green gummies are in the shopkins shape. My daughter loved it but I was disappointed there wasn't more 'shopkins' to it. They want you to cut out the cardboard pics of the shopkins to place near house. There was only one type of candy. Not great.
