This is an amazing product. Works really well at killing and keeping away fleas on my little dog.She has sensitive skin too so I was worried it might irritate her but it’s perfectly fine. It’s also much cheaper than most of the other brands on here. I’d recommend this to anyone.

I have a very active 1.5 year old border collie. We try and get out of the city as often as possible to go long walks in the country or climb hills in the highlands of Scotland. One weekend we climbed a hill and throughout the week after I found 18 ticks the dog so decided to look for a tick collar as a friend of mine uses one on his dog during the tick season and says his dog has not had a tick for 4 years. The product he uses is quite expensive so I thought I would have a look for a cheaper alternative. The collar arrived, looked great, smart packaging, smells great. As a test I decided to go and climb the same hill after having the collar on the dog for 2 weeks, allowing time for it to work it’s magic. Unfortunately throughout the week after this walk I pulled over 30 ticks off the dog. Most of which were around his neck and head area, very close to the collar (see picture). It makes me question weather this collar actually attracts ticks because it definitely doesn’t deter them. I have now had this collar on for a month and I am still pulling tens of ticks off the dog every time we go for a walk.If you care about the health of your dog please do not waste your money on this product and she’ll put the extra money for the genuine thing.I hope this is helpful as I know especially in Scotland the ticks are really bad this year and carry Lyme disease that can kill both dogs and humans.Don’t be a cheap skate like me.

Bought this to try as my dog is having to take quite a lot of medication and I was hoping not to have to add further chemicals to her system. Have used seresto collars for my other dogs for a few years but may very well be getting switched to these when their seresto collars are next to be changed due to the more natural treatment and the low toxicity. It’s only a month since my dog has worn this and so far so good. If it keeps her flea-free for the period of time stated I’ll be delighted and will most definitely buy again. There was a slight aroma of essential oils on opening which was not unpleasant. My dog reacted favourably to wearing it. It’s a nice bright colour and pleasing to the eye. Easy to adjust to make it both comfortable and unable to slip off.If it continues to ward off fleas for its suggested duration then I’d be able to say with absolute confidence that it is a trouble-free, non-toxic and effective alternative to collars holding pesticides and chemical spot-on treatments.As a nice touch, the company sent a silicone grooming glove along with the collar as a gift. I’ve used these before on both cats and dogs and they all enjoy a gentle pampering with them. If used regularly they will remove loose fur and coat with ease and keep your pet tangle-free (they are not suitable for de-tangling if there are matted areas). Any fur etc removed just rolls off the glove with ease ready to throw away. It was a nice surprise to receive this as an extra. I hope this helps prospective buyers. I’d ideally have preferred to review in a few months' time when I can say with full confidence how it worked for the duration of its anticipated working life.

Easy to use, snip the excess off (I pop mine in my vacuum cleaner for added freshness!) and it seems to do the job.Like anything flea-related, I’ll wait and see if they become used to it on time, but this is the third one I have bought, so can’t be bad at all!

I chose this one as it had great reviews and I like the purple colour. So far so good, no sign of any fleas on both my dogs since they started wearing these collars. I use tablets from the vet as well but in the past the tablets haven’t always been effective for the full month and the fleas kept coming back. The collars were more expensive than some of the others but definitely worth the money as some collars don’t work as well. Also, these last months so I don’t need to keep replacing them and they are waterproof so I don’t need to remove them when bathing the dogs. I found them a bit tricky to put on as they were quite stiff and not easy to adjust but they do stay in place and don’t loosen like the ones I bought previously. There is no strong smell with these which is good. One of my dogs used to scratch a bit with the ones I bought last time, which were a different make, but he has been fine with this one. Would definitely recommend these collars and will purchase them again.

Not sure it works. After re reading it’s a repellent, I can still see live fleas running over the dog. Nothing appears to be working. He’s be wearing it for two days now.
