Great product
The product is fantastic... I have great range and everything .. Its v useful for online lectures or meetings etc. Only the batter life is little less...

Over priced, Poor quality- Does connect to internet fine.
The quality is very poor.Although it does the job and connects to internet, however the JIO dongle has far better battery life and superior quality.The battery lasts only for a couple of hours and then starts blinking red.Only buy it if you cannot use your phone as a hotspot.

Good product but expensive
Everything is good except the battery indicator. The option is green, red and blinking red. But it starts blinking even if it has charge, though the option is for low battery.

Battery backup is worst
I need this device very badly otherwise I would have returned it. battery backup is not at all good, speed is not up to the mark

Nw speed and battery backup
During lockdown, i am working from home. Initially i was using wifi from my mobile but due to calls my internet was getting disconnected every time. So i purchased this product and is really very very good product.Battery backup is very good, once charged it lasts for minimum 6 hrs.And we can connect upto 10 divices to use the wifi.This dongal gives better speed than our mobile device.only the disadvantage is that if the sim nw is not good then device hits alot.but overall its a very very good product.i recomend this for those who are working from home and need high speed nw.

Good Speed, battery. Good for working from home.
I purchased this 10 days back at ₹2600 to work from home. The device is good. Gives better speed than mobile hotspot, connects smartphones and laptop at 10 meter range through wifi. Bettery is decent and gives 5-6 hours backup and takes 2-3 hours to charge. You can use it while charging too. Doesn't heat up much. Though Speed consistency is not as good as FTTH or broadband for obvious reasons.

Back case is tough to open.
The problem with the device is, its not user friendly to open the back case and configure the first time. The back case is very tough to remove it. I broke my nails because of it. A simple push mechanism can avoid harming the customers to remove the back case. Please change the design. Thanks

Battery life is not good.
This airtel hotspot is not good because this is very costly and the battery life of hotspot is not good.No charger is available with it. Net speed is not good with this device.charging connector is very bad in this device and its often stop while charging automatically.Don't go for it.Don't purchase it. I am regretting to purchase it.
