Do not buy this bed! Please! Arrived with damage, company were not willing to accept this. Very confrontational customer service. Other photos show the bed mechanism chewing into to side of the bed, tearing the leather. This happened within days. The company refuse returns if the bed has been put together. JUST, DO NOT BUY THIS BED.

Really surprised with this product/bed./ Specially for the price. So well made and solid. One thing I suggest to improve in would be the wooden slacks to support the mattress, just make them a bit more higher quality of wood and you have amazing product. Amazing bed for £135. Very fast delivery too.

I ordered the black bed which, I would assume, should look like the bed in the picture. Instead I received a bed that has very tacky "diamonds" on the headboard and footboard. The bed took two of us around 3 hours to assemble and was not easy whatsoever. It also arrived missing one slat and one of the plastic bits that holds the slats in place was broken so the end of my bed has a section with no slats under the mattress. I'm incredibly unimpressed. I contacted the seller and received no response. Don't waste your money!

Ordered this bed for my daughter.Arrived a lot quicker than we thought.Which was excellent. She's very happy with how it looks.Loves the storage and it wasnt difficult to put together.

A) Disappointed with delivery; however following a complaint about delivery Amazon did seek to rectify the problem,B) Once received; the gas cylinders did NOT work - as we were desperate for the bed to be set up before Christmas - we could not be bothered to complain. The fact that the bed was sturdy and purposeful only entitles 2 stars.

Me and the missus was in need of a new bed as our divan had had it after quite a few years of use;)! So I thought I’d treat us to a new bed frame ordered it Monday night it came Thursday morning! Excellent delivery time and free which is an added bonus. So for the bed, I’m the type of person who doesn’t read instructions so after opening both boxes and quite a few head scratches and beard twiddles I wondered where the rest was? Then saw the big zip on the headboard *boom* lightbulb switches on, i unzipped the head board to much avail the rest of the parts! I then thought right look at the Instructions where it stated about the other bits. So an hour and half later and two cigarettes and coffees the bed was built! For the price I couldn’t be happier, the storage is ample for the missus’s abundance of clothes that she “Needs” so I’ve got the wardrobe, it’s comfortable and a decent height for the little monkeys to climb up on a morning to wake mummy and daddy up! So modernique a big thumbs up from the family and keep up the good work.

Arrived earlier than expected and just left on doorstep.My sister (who I ordered it for as a surprise) can’t assemble because the screws don’t fit in places marked! I am not happy as it was meant to be a present! It’s just caused stress! Requested return!

So I rated this bed one. Based on an appalling delivery experience with the bed being left outside my sons flat the day before delivery. I had to do a 1,5 hour journey so my husband could lug it down to a basement flat. I’d asked them not to deliver and leave it out. I had several calls trying to excuse it. The bed is pretty average. It’s ok for a cheap bed, takes 2 to put up and a few slat issues.Ive re written this because the company keep harassing me to up date my review. So here it is. For me customer and delivery service can out weigh a product. I’ll never buy from then again. A 4th call to day about my poor review.
