This cap seems to have enough room in the back for my braid, and the headband goes all the way around so it feels secure on my head. It feels lightweight, and will likely be comfortable to wear. However, I doubt very much that it is made of cotton and bamboo. It feels more like the band is polyester spandex - it's shiny and not as silky soft as bamboo or viscose. The main fabric has a lot of mechanical stretch for a woven.Overall, it will do the job I want it for (to keep my hair out of the way in hospital) but it is overpriced for the quality.
