So helpful
A great book. I borrowed a colleagues and thought it was one I really needed to own. My only suggestion for the 7th edition would be to recognise that general practice is increasingly provided by roles other than a GP. ACPs, first contact Physiotherapists, Clinical Pharmacists etc. Without us there would be no general practice.

In the current times of the increasing requirements for radiological and laboratory tests the book appeals not to forget what costs virtually nothing but can bring a lot: just to use ears, eyes and hands, in extreme case even stethoscope before asking for sophisticated and expensive diagnostic tools.
