As a hobby-level adult ballet dancer, I long ago made my peace with wearing dance belts. Most guys agree they don’t win any awards for comfort, but they definitely do what they are supposed to - keep your genitals firmly supported while not shocking the ladies in the second row.The Body Wrappers narrow-waist Pro Belt is far and away the best dance belt I’ve ever owned (and I’ve owned way too many). I can wear it for hours without complaint, it doesn’t chafe, and everything stays where it’s supposed to. I liked my first one so much I bought several others and tossed my old uncomfortable dance belts out.In addition to ballet, I’ve found a dance belt is perfect under my Spider-Man Halloween costume, and also wear one under yoga shorts and to the gym.

I will admit that the dance belt is a size too big for me. I needed a 32-34 and ordered a 34-36 because the brown option only came in the latter size. While the belt fits my waist fine, the pouch is EXTREMELY flat and does nothing to control the situation down there. I feel like it would only work if the belt was too small in the waist, so that the pouch could be tight enough to just squeeze everything to the body. I only gave it four stars because I'm aware I ordered a size too large. Given the issues I'm having with it, I feel like I would have given the 32-34 a three star review.

My 12 year old says he likes this belts. They last forever. Very well constructed. Quality materials. He uses the 24-26 size. He had two already, then after a few months i got him another 2; he didn't want to use the newer ones at first alleging they were smaller and rough and in short "not right". I put hem in the wash a couple of times and that softened them. They were indeed the same as the ones he had already. His waist is 26", in the limit for the size we got. I'm sorry I didn't get him the next size since he's growing fast. I think the next size would have fit him too. But that's my mistake.

These actually look great when I first put them on. But that doesn't last for very long. I bought these to wear under compression pants when I work out at the gym. The problem is after lots of bending and squatting movements my crotch area starts to look very odd. Basically the fabric of my compression pants is sliding down and bunches up in an odd way. I am constantly trying to pull my compression tights back up between sets which looks ridiculous.The crotch area is also very wide. It spans beyond my manhood and goes over my upper thigh. So at times I can see a sort of bubbling of my pants because the padded crotch puffs out too much. The padding itself is great to hide the silhouette of a man's package. But it's so stiff that it doesn't form to a man's male anatomy allowing it to be cupped in place. It's like a puffy piece of cardboard that doesn't know what to do or where to sit on my body.

Needed this for a Spiderman cosplay so my junk wasn't so obvious. This worked perfect for that. Thong is a little uncomfortable, expected I guess. Wish they made one of these in the non thong version but I guess that would show underwear lines killing the look of the suit.

It's a dance belt that does what a dance belt does. It works, not much more to say.

I had been thinking that the product was too bulky and would not have suspected the belt to rip open like it did.

When deciding which size make sure you measure the waist where the dance belt sits( right above hip bones) not your usual waist line for pants, etc. This belt has enough material to be conceal anatomy for a smooth look without any extra "fluff" or puffiness.
