There is plenty of room to stretch inside the spacious interior thanks to the nearly vertical walls that offer 20% more headroom than a traditional Coleman dome tent. Plus, a wide door design means you can move air beds, sleeping bags, and other gear in and out with ease. Downpour in the forecast? Not to worry, the WeatherTec™ system's tub-like floor, patented welded corners, and inverted seams help keep you and your gear dry. This 2-person tent's compact size makes it a great choice for car camping or backpacking adventures. Skydome tents are available in a range of sizes (2-person, 4-person, 6-person, or 8-person), with or without Dark Room™ technology.

Review: Super Simple Setup! - Very simple to set up! So far, it has withstood two rainstorms with no leaks. Perfect size for my camping cot and mattress plus side table. We received a Skydome as a wedding present 20+ years ago, and it lasted until the end of last summer. I decided to stick with what works - so far, I have not been disappointed!
Review: Great headroom and ventilation. - We loved the extra headroom. My husband is 6' and I am 5'8", it made a big difference. No crawling around. The wider doorway is also great, but the zipper cover made quick zipping to keep the bugs out a bit challenging. The airflow was a big improvement due to the "skydome." It helped to keep dampness out. The floor coming up higher on the sides all the way around helped with this, too. We weren't real crazy about the poles being attached to the corners, but we dealt with it. The setup was definitely not 5 minutes, but maybe we'll get faster over time. A bit pricey, but our new favorite tent.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable and dry!!
*by J***H on September 20, 2026*

Put it to the test this weekend. Oklahoma storm popped up last night with about 40mph wind and rain, it’s still standing and stayed dry inside. I knew when looking for tent I could trust Coleman brand and they didn’t disappoint! 2ft tall queen bed fits great alongside twin size for the kiddo.
