This is a nice style deep sink from Toto that came with the pedestal. It's a great deal in its self. This seller ROCKS!! Bethany in their service department handled a problem immediately and kept me up to date on the progress. I would suggest you not look any farther, this independent business is some of the best service I have had on Amazon. I will use this seller for my next purchases soon as I just sold my house. There's a big crack in the bowl. I contacted the seller and received outstanding customer service, all good.

The good: The Toto brand is well known in Japan and has become known in the USA in high end bathroom fixture retail outlets. This is a high quality product at a reasonable price. I would give it 5 stars, but having been in Japan and seeing what they do with robotic toilet seats with the heat, bidet and who knows what that other button is for  TOTO SW554-01 Washlet S300 Elongated Front Toilet Seat, Cotton White , I am slightly disappointed that the sink does not come with a robot valet to hand me a towel, straighten my collar and tell me to have a nice day. So, I only give it 4 stars.The bad: Think carefully when your wife says she wants a new sink in the bathroom. It is easy to hear "new sink" only, instead of what is really involved, new sink means new faucet. New faucet means reconnecting the plumbing, which in this case only took three trips to the hardware store. This sink sits slightly higher and water connection lines were two inches too short. The P trap had to come out further from the wall and needed an extension to the sink drain. But wait, before all of that, I had to paint the bathroom because the old sink lined up differently from the new one. When I went to get the paint the store clerk pointed out that semi-gloss does not stick well to semi-gloss and I should prime it or sand it first. So I removed the door, removed the light fixture,the towel rack and the toilet paper dispenser. I took out the old sink, taped all trim surfaces and lined the floor with cardboard (from the amazon shipping box), took down all decor, primed it, painted the ceiling white, painted it again, painted the walls orange (pumpkin 3), painted it again. After the paint dried, I was able to reconnect everything and clean it up. Voila! a new sink. Now, I am waiting for my wife to point out that the toilet is slightly different and that it would be great to get one to match. If so, I am sure that it will have the floor hole in a different position, requiring that we tear up the tile flooring and replumb the sewage pipe. My response will be, "no honey it looks great the way it is". If I had said that about the sink in the first place, maybe suggesting new hand towels to "jazz it up a bit", I could have had a weekend free.

We replaced an ugly wall-hung sink with this one and the difference is stunning. We lived with mediocre fixtures for years and decided when we remodeled our bathrooms to step up to Toto quality. We're thrilled with the outcome.
