I've taken multivitamins on and off for as long as I could remember. I felt like my immune system needed a boost and saw these on offer.I definitely felt livelier after just a week taking these. Very clear headed in the morning and more alert when I usually have an afternoon crash.I've used Adrian James supplements before when working out and they've always given me a good boost, so had faith in the brand.The packaging and feel of the tablets make this feel like a very premium supplement at a really competitive price.I still don't look like Adrian James but I feel it! Haha.

This is up there with the best of the professional supplements - Wellman et al. The tablets are packed with high-doses of high-quality vitamins and minerals. And, as a bonus, there's also green tea extract. Take the tablets on their own, or as part of the wider Adrian James Body Transformation System. Oh, and they're vegetarian-friendly too. These are now my go-to supplement. I've eveb signed up to a subscription which saves me a few extra pounds... which is great.

I didn't get on with this item. It's well packed and looks the part but I didn't realise it had green tea in. With my espresso, pre workout and bcaa with caffeine, I didn't want my multivitamins to have that too. I found I skipped days as I'd usually take them at night and didn't want to be left restless. Which happened a few times. So if you're not having lots of caffeine in the day, go for it!

Tablets far too large!!. Frightening.

Really good vitamin n mineral supplement which I’ve used along side thermoblaze and an absolute bang for your buck!!

I haven't found a multivitamin which is also a dieting product. I wanted to try this as I am trying to lose weight and I like this brand :)
