Q: Does it came the screen and the framework or only the framework ?

If by framework you mean digitizer then yes it only comes with the digitizer. The screen on the iPad Air 1st gen consist of two parts. Part one the digitizer which is the outer glass on the iPad that controls all of the touching. Part two the LCD which is the screen itself. If the glass is shattered but everything still looks good then this will work for you. If your screen had lines or black spots on it then you will also need a new LCD which would make your repair much more pricey. My son always cracks the digitizer (glass) and the LCD always survives. I have replaced it about 10 times already.

Q: Does this come with the home button flex ribbon?

Mine did. It came with not only the flex, but a button too. I didn't have to remove the button from the old screen. Very nice results.

Q: will this work for an ipad 5th generation?

No, this will not work on newer on newer iPads
