As a very high-stress student, Rescue is a great way to remind me to take a breath! I like to just spritz a few sprays and take a few deep breaths to just chill after a long day. The clary sage and peppermint are super invigorating, while the lavender is very soothing. It. also is useful in general as an air freshener because it's not too strong, but the scent lingers for quite some time (a few hours at least!) Would really recommend it to anyone who needs to feel more grounded, especially in these very difficult times.

A really lovely smelling essential oil spray, not to light, not too strong... just right! haha. I feel it help me calm and reduce my stress when I'm in high energy situations where I need a bit of grounding. I use it after work, before yoga after yoga, love this spray! Hello,I am a chronic sufferer of anxiety and daily panic attacks that was looking for a holistic approach to improve my quality of life.I was disappointed with the odor of this combination of oils.The smell was EXACTLY like that of a cheap cigars my grandfather used to smoke.I am extremely sensitive to 'smells' and do not smoke, so I have a keen nose.This scent formulation did nothing to make my anxiety better.I tried lavender, and it worked so much better for me...so did turmeric & orange/lemon.Realistically, when my heart is beating 168 bpm, nothing is going to help me calm down, but I was hoping this would work for me and it did not.I wish the best for others.However, the bottle is of great heft and is really nice and expensive feeling.The blue color is beautiful and the spray pump is of great quality.The bottle is made of glass, not plastic which was nice.Thank you.
