HP Chromebook 11 G6 Ee 11.6" Chromebook Intel Celeron 1.10 GHz 4 GB 16 GB Chrome OS (Renewed)

Here's a picture of me cold calling in my car. I need a laptop to use my CRM so I can eyeballed that while I call from my phone. This laptop works like a charm. I'm able to use the WiFi of McD. I'm not really network savvy. I'm a lady in my late 50s. If I can do this, anyone can set this up. I did buy the 2 year subscription so I can be okay if something goes wrong. I'm basically broke, and i'm scrambling hustling, trying to get some money in this culture that is very hard on me. I had to leave the house today because I still have a cleaning lady that comes every 3 weeks. And now, I know I can make calls when i need to go make a necessary travel. This little laptop is so handy. It comes with a charger, but the charger from my android works just fine. Don't be afraid to try this. If you know anything about the internet you'll just be fine.

Shut down when I am on zoom. But would ll keep it.

This was a purchase for my daughter, and she wanted to buy her own Chromebook with her own money. We found this one that was within the price range she was looking for. And even though it was refurbished I figured it would be okay since I was planning on buying the protection plan through asurion. When she received the laptop it worked for about 2 days without any issues. Then it started randomly rebooting on her in the middle of using it and would not turn back on. She plugged it in to charge thinking the battery was dead on multiple times, and it would only restart on like the 50th try. Then it would stop working, reboot and repeat again. I called asurion to make a claim. They told me due to the multiple issues they could not replace or fix the Chromebook and referred me back to Amazon for a replacement. Amazon told me they could not replace the item, they could only refund the money. So my frustration is that I purchased a protection plan that can't be honored, and also a device that can't be fixed. I'd be furious if I hadn't bought the protection plan and Amazon wouldn't have refunded the money.

No issues with this Chromebook. Nice and portable size. Great battery life and has support for years to come.. Can't argue with it being refurbished as of was in great quality. Everything worked out of the box. Great value for the money. It's not the fastest but if you're just browsing the web and some videos it works great. Sd card slot, multi ports. Screen nice and bright. Hp quality.

At this early point, this refurbished laptop is very good. However, it stopped working after 60 days.

I bought this as an Xmas gift for my young daughter. It was packaged nice & securely. Looks in great condition. Unfortunately the charger I got with it does not work. I unboxed it tonight two days before Xmas to set it up, huge disappointment I'll have to find another charger. Can't speak on how it functions as of now. Will update if I can get to that point. Giving 2 stars for now, as I believe the packaging was great. UPDATE: Bought a new charger. Have bee. Using this a month exactly. Function works great. We have had no issues. Holds a charge. Everything worms properly. So for the price I paid, this is still a great buy. Only complaint is the uncompatible charger. And at thar, chargers are cheap. There was really no loss for me.

This doesn’t have a camera like the listing says. I didn’t send it back because my child decided she “had” to keep it…. It was only $40. It does connect well to WiFi. It’s a little slower. The size is great for elementary school needs. The quality is way is so so but you are getting a PC at $40. Value for money if it had the camera would be stalker but alas no camera. It does function well so I can’t complain. It’s basically a toy. Keep that in mind.

Does everything that I need it to do

We bought this item refurbished. It stopped working after 3 months - 20 days after the return period ended. Its a hardware issue not a charging issue. Contacted seller and they said there is nothing they will do. My expectation is that this item would work for more than three months. Very disappointed it was sold to us as good condition like new.

Muy maltratado

Primero solo la aventaron por la reja ... El cargador no es de la computadora y está sucio, con polvo, pelusas y cabellos
