A relative in Minnesota sent me a jar of this, and it sat on the shelf for months. Finally, we decided to give it a try. We took a whole chicken, skin on, rubbed it with olive oil and then rubbed it liberally with the seasoning, then placed it in the air fryer. The result was amazing! The skin was beyond delicious, perfectly seasoned and crispy. If only I could buy a package of chicken skin! But then the meat was tender and infused with the flavor from this amazing seasoning. Next we will try this on pork chops and steak. This could be our new go-to seasoning. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

We really enjoy this product. We had gotten some a few years ago at a local grocery. When I went to get some more, I could not find it except through Amazon.com. Product has a very nice flavor that we especially enjoy on chicken, but could be used on other meats. Delivery was prompt with no complications. I will be buying some more when this supply runs out.
