Great device, easy to setup and use!
This makes it easy to use the bigger rolls, and it's also easier to see how much of a roll is left without having to raise the little dust shield. Hookup is nothing, just put it in place and it fits right in line. Wish I would have done this about a year ago when I got the Verifone machine.

The adapter looks fine but it is just that inserting thermal paper roll through back of Vx520 paper holder is such a challenge, especially when the adapter is inserted and the paper roll is a bit thick. Tried several times to make it work, but now I am giving up. I am returning the adapter. It could surely work for other people but not for me.

Great easy to install unit
Great easy to install unit. The only problem although slight was I had to take a file to the back of the plastic cover to enlarge the opening so the paper would feed through easily. It was a very simple modification. This was due to the credit card machines cover fitting snug, not anything to do with the Vx520 Adapter.

Love the paper adapter
An excellent product and a real paper saver! Works great. Saved our company money by using paper rolls we had in stock.

Make customer doesn't pitch stand forward, roll falls out
I like this extension. If you bought the vx520 stand and it pivots for customer to put in pin #. The stand does pitch forward or back. If it pitches forward the metal bar that holds the roll in comes out. Would be nice to have a flip hook to hold the pin in place.

Darn good unit, despite its ridiculous cost
Darn good unit, despite its ridiculous cost. (We use 2 of them, FWIW.) By converting to the larger 200+ foot rolls (from the 50 foot rolls) you will - in time - recoup the cost of this unit, especially if you buy the larger rolls in quantities of 50 (a box). While this unit provides two sticky pads to "marry" it to the VX520, I would recommend that you not utilize that 'feature' since it interferes slightly with removal of the VX520s bottom access cover.

Product not as advertised !
I didn’t received the advertised product.This one won’t fit at all.I’m very disappointed with this purchase.I will definitely ask for my money back.Last at all it looks like a cheap homemade product!
