Love it, though it says to cups, I find it makes 1 mug

Using loose tea more often.Toss in desired pinches of tea, pour water. Close top.Top helps keep water hot, and tea flows around freely for max infusion.Place on top of cup and strained tea comes out the bottom.To clean, I rinse out the leaves in the sink strainer.Some go through anyway, some stay to be tossed.You can take out the strainer for cleaning, but I rarely do.I used a marker to note various ounces.

If you are a tea lover this product is a must have.It allows for ample room for the tea leaves to expand while seeping. No metallic flavor.Not messy, and easy cleanup.I purchased another and will be purchasing more for my family.Again..simply amazing!!!!!

This arrived in a box that was huge and while there was all sorts of packing air bags, there was nothing wrapped around the box itself to cushion the teapon. It shattered in tiny little pieces.

We had heard these were the way to go for tea but have found ourselves struggling with the Brewt. 1) It is now (after 2 months of use) totally cloudy. We've scrubbed and scrubbed and nothing will clean it! 2) One of the feet broke off. It's now tippy. 3) DO NOT SET IT ON AN UNEVEN SURFACE! I almost ruined my computer when I put the Brewt on the coaster incorrectly and it leaked all over the table.

I purchased the BrewT to give as a present but have been disappointed because it has not held up. Under the heat of the water and tea, the inside of the BrewT has pitted and turned into a messy, unappealing container that looks dirty. Apparently, (and I am guessing) the material from which it is made is not able to handle teas with oils (such as cinnamon tea) that cause pits in the BrewT's interior.It does brew tea well and in a novel way except it always looks dirty.

I really enjoy using my BREWT for making green tea. It is easy to use and give you nice clear tea from the bottom of the pot when placed over a mug. I agree with others that it does not stay "nice" looking. However, after purchasing a couple of "used" ones from a thrift store for my kids (they looked almost new!) I figured out how to clean them. I did not realize the filter can pop out until this morning. I soaked it in a solution to remove the iron that had stained the filter (from our hard well water) and it now looks new again. I also washed all three with dish soap and polished up with a Norwex car cloth. They look great now! I just looked on the BREWT web page and they say it is dishwasher safe and you can also clean the filter with baking soda to remove stains. I'd love it if it were made out of glass and stainless steel rather than plastic .
