These books provide a good of images and are great for inspiration too; however, they are bitmaps and not vectors so if you need to rescale you will have work to do.

I've been buying various Dover (copyright free images) for more than 20 years now & I really appreciate the quality of these images, (who doesn't like to look at celtic knotwork & zoomorphs). Another thing to like is the CD that came with the book so I can make t-shirt transfers or nice printouts if I wish.
