Was quite concerned with the smaller size, going from our 16" to a 12" fan. Once the oscillator crapped out, we needed a new one, finally. We defo got our use out of the old one: 24 hours per day, seven days per week for about ten months a year for five years. And it was on sale for under £20! I need a fan going constantly, as we have no windows in this flat, and I run hot.This little number is wondrous. The remote control is great; doesn't interfere with the telly, like the horrid Chinese Dyson knock-off that died (nearly starting a fire!) after little use. The double-oscillator (both vertical and horizontal -- can use either or both) is very clever, and moves air about the entire room. The LED screen and buttons on the stand base are easy to use, manually or remotely that are seen easily several feet away. The fan also conveniently adjusts up/down, so perfect height for one lying on the couch or in bed; our cats love it. The remote even magnetises itself to the base, so no losing it. I'm a fussy fan connoisseur; this passes my stringent needs. I love how quiet it is; no more cranking the TV volume or putting on closed-captioning because you're living in an airplane hangar. Plus, it's like a lovely, soothing white-noise machine at bedtime. Well done!P. S. One tiny little screw in the fan cover, which the instructions don't mention, so just know you aren't going nuts when you can't unlock it out of the box. After removal, it's easy-peasy to put together, and I took it apart for cleaning yesterday. Takes about five minutes for both assembly and cleaning. Don't lose the tiny screw! 😊UPDATE: Two years in, just disassembled for the first clean/blow of the year. Still a wonder, this clever bit of air-mover. Love it so much, we're taking it with us when we move to NYC. Obviously, an adapter will be needed, and so grateful it's dual-voltage. Marvellous, the design. The best I've bought, and I have bought SO. many. fans. Hopefully, I'll not need another. Or, at the very least, I'll be able to replace it when the time comes, with the identical. Lovelovelove. It's the late day sun that heats this flat to unbearable levels for the rest of the evening/night. We felt the temperature drop by degrees within minutes of pulling the blinds all the way down and throwing on this fan. Beautiful. Cats will be chuffed. 😊

I regularly need a fan in order to sleep and have tried many varied designs. This fantastic little fan stands head and shoulders against any other as the best I have ever used. It moves plenty of air for such a small blade and is virtually silent on the lower settings. Once the higher settings are used there is some mild noise of the blades pushing the air, but by any standard this is very quiet, and there is no noise from the motor at all.The whole unit is relatively small and weights little for a pedestal fan. I really like the spring assistance for raising the height of the pedestal and the remote control with temperature display on the base are a nice touch. The oscillation both up and down and side to side can be used in tandem which ensures the whole room is covered.I was a little worried about paying a comparatively high price for such a small fan but I needn't have worried as it is worth every penny to aid a good night's sleep even on the warmest of summer nights.

This arrived today. I read all the reviews. I was hoping for the best. And I love it! It was easy to put together. Looks nice, is easy to use. Lightweight. Sturdy. And is WHISPER QUIET on the low settings 1-4 while still creating quite a cool breeze despite the small fan size. So great for sleeping. Hooray. It goes up to level 12 and the noise does increase but that’s to be expected. I can watch tv and have phone conversations with it on. And love the dual oscillation as helps to get angle right if you’re using the remote! It has a big sturdy base plate with controls on in case you lose the remote but it has a little magnet so that you can keep the remote on the base.The only very small negative is that the lights are always on and they could be rather bright for some people - but I don’t mind that.

I was a bit unsure if dropping down to 12in from 16in was a good idea but it has turned out this is actually a brilliant fan. It only uses 30 watts instead of the 50 watts my other ones used. Noise levels are virtually nil compared to my other fan, especially at the low end and even the high end there is a big difference. The breeze although not as strong as my other fan, the circulation of air appears to be so much better coming from this fan. The only negative I have found is the display cannot be turned off for bedroom use and although it is a soft light, it is quite bright and lights up a corner in my bedroom Considering you can turn the display on their table top fan off, it's disappointing they haven't incorporated the same feature into this one. In my opinion, a major flaw on their part otherwise it would have been a five star product.

Very quiet at slower speeds and since those speeds deliver enough of a breeze to be comfortable it's a great compromise. There is a noticeable but slightly quieter-than-usual rush of air at the highest speeds but on balance you get a considerable amount of air movement in return. The full 90 degree oscillation is also a plus. Easy access to the blades for cleaning is another point in favour of this fan. Altogether a really good buy, in my opinion.

This fan was easy to assemble and really expensive looking. It's a sold fan it's a snazzy design with a solid base, remote control and lots of lights you could land a plane. So so quiet I will be getting another, would highly recommend.... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Really like this fan, lots of speeds to choose from and sturdy too. had a problem with a missing lead but the supplier sent without any issues and were very helpful. Nice and quiet too which is great. Love the remote so you can point and click without having to get up from the chair when working. Nice fan and I may even get another one for the bedroom for next summer.
