Also,the ON/OFF button is located behind the dispenser so you cant reach it if it is stuck to the wall??? Furthermore, it won't work if it is on the charger and doesn't hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. It's a complete waste of money. We tried to get it to charge for a week and it's a very poor design. It looks great but doesn't work worth $#!+ and it is going back.
