Good quality just need to improve shipping methods
I first ordered just 1 mould to check the quality of the silicone and i was very surprised and happy of the good quality even if there is no brand to it, it is just like buying from silkomart or pavoni but for cheaper. Definitely earned its 5 star for qualityThe delivering process though would give it a 3 star out of 5, the packaging was just a bit risky when it came in because it seems that the just roll it in plastic then tape it tightly and put in the box, it was a bit tricky to cut the tape and plastic to remove the mould for the packaging.. but luckily it did not damage it as again it is good quality .. now i order a couple more to add to my collectionSo overall i would give it a 4 out of 5 stars.Would recommend this to my fellow pastry chefs and aspiring homechefs

Mould good shape
Does what it says on the tin , but the removal is hard as the opening is to small for the solid and ice cream had to modify the opening

Putins government has more stability
Flimsy doesn't do justice. Also an overwhelming number of pubic hairs on them. I hope from a beard and not the south. Pastry chefs, stay clear!

cheap
do not waste your time buying, cheap product. mould came in box folded like 3 times so there is so many creases all over the moulds which i cannot get rid of and it shows on your food when you unmould. its just a cheap waste of plastic, do not reccomend. i am a pastry chef so know what i am talking about when isay this is not a good product, stick to silikomart, pavoni etc

Not very practical âšď¸
Now just to clarify, I am a sucker for silicone moulds for patisserie but normally buy Silikomart - but have had my eye on these pine cone shaped ones for a while. So went ahead & ordered them with a xmas dessert in mind. Received & the mould looks fine. Well said entremet mousse dessert was done - froze the mousses as normal, then it came to turning them out - what a complete nightmare - the lips are way too tight - it was a huge struggle. Then it came to decorating the mousses & decided on chocolate rather than a mirror glaze - not too difficult to put on but it totally hid the pine pattern, it would have been worse with a mirror glaze I reckon. I think the only way to keep the good definition would be by using a spray gun & my pocket doesnât stretch that far for patisserie, however obsessed I am! So if I ever use them again, I would have to cut slits in the lips for better removal. Tho in all honesty, they may well be going in the charity shop box. Very disappointed.
