Very thin
I have one of these a go on my little tile saw (I use it as a trim saw). The size was accurate and it installed with no issue. It cuts well (considering how thin the bald is). and the cuts are very smooth. It is very strictly for trimming only as any kind of pressure to the side will ruin the blade (not that I learned that the hard way). Blade life was ok for as little diamond as was on the rim. Being so thin the blade can and will cut skin so be careful. Perfect for expensive material of for making tight quarter cuts on slabs.

Set of 10 Super Thin Rim 100mm x 0.25mm x5/8ths Arbor Hole Notched Edge Diamond Blades
I do rockhound lapidary as a hobby and find this pack of 10 extra thin notched rim diamond blades super useful. These have a 0.23 inch thin core (0.25 in. at the rim) so flex easily and are intended to slowly trim very small pieces of precious, soft stone. Rhodochrosite, turquoise, opal and malachite are examples of semi-precious rock that this will cut. These are for very tiny pieces possibly no thicker than 1/2 inch. These are NOT rugged enough for jade, agate, jasper, petrified wood, ruby, etc. These are not for "slabbing" but can cut a small nodule say of turquoise in half. For tougher precious gemstone material I would use a high quality thin sintered rim blade - at a significantly higher cost per blade.Picture 1 is the blades; 2 a closer view of the notched rim that has diamond grit embedded in the notches. These have a 5/8ths inch arbor hole. A set of small washer adapters for 1/2 inch arbor holes is included. I appreciate that and the plastic case to hold the blades. The blade on my 6 inch trim saw pokes up enough for use when mounted. (Picture 3). I slit a tiny piece of precious rhodochrosite to show how well this was able to do with VERY LITTLE saw kerf waste lost from the precious rock piece. Excellent for trimming high value tiny pieces!I used mineral oil to cool this blade (NEVER use DRY) and would recommend it for those times that I want to carefully trim a small piece of precious material and absolutely minimize material loss.I Recommend these JINGLING 100mm Thin Rim 10 Pack as a great value for the limited lapidary usage I speak of. These are NOT satisfactory for trimming most hard rockhound lapidary rock, just softer, thin small pieces of precious/semiprecious stone. They are a great value!
