I just ordered a set of these for our kitchen and used them for the first time today. They worked very well and appear to be very well made, though, as others have mentioned, the handles aren't completely round which does put a bit of extra pressure on your hands at the handle edges. I don't really find that to be much of an issue, but I only lifted an 11 pound turkey. Trying them on a 20+ pounder might be a different story.Would've given 5 stars, but these are about twice the cost of a similar pair I saw at Bed Bath & Beyond today.

I have not had the opportunity to use these forks yet. They are very large and the handles are hollow on one side, so I can't imagine picking something up that was very large and having a comfortable grip, but like I said; I have not used them yet. I could be pleasantly surprised by how they work.

Disappointed to see that there was some welding but it function well when I lifted a 5lb chicken out of my slowcooker. havent tried it on a turkey yet

Handles have kind of sharp edges that are uncomfortable to grab.

Appears to be a good product, sturdy construction and great hand feel.No foreseeable problems like handle coming loose on my old pair.Will field test this thanksgiving, will add comments if disappointed.
