Just a little more to know before buying one of these.
Having tried a few other RV showerheads and being disappointed in all, I hesitated to purchase this Oxygenics. Now having used it, I give it five stars but with some odd ambivalence that is difficult to articulate. Not ambivalent in liking it - I wish I had bought one of these a long time ago, but more because I didn't know what to expect and other reviews I read didn't describe the experience of taking a shower with one of these.First of all, it seems everyone buys these in search of PRESSURE. And so did I. But I now know that pressure in the shower taking experience is difficult to define and very subjective. Particularly in the case of this shower head which does not produce the normal needle-like jets of water found at home that most RV shower heads try to emulate. My Oxygenics produces a rather . . . swirly. . .slobbery. . .disorganized . . . projection. . of water. It's difficult to describe and pictures don't capture what's happening. Clearly it has something to do with the mixing of air into water flow to give basically an illusion of a greater amount of water than really exists.Testing it after installation I could see that it projected water further than my stock head. And it looks like a lot of water coming out. It also worked better for rinsing the tub/shower. Intellectually I knew it was actually less water, because it's designed to use less water and other reviews here go into detail about that. But it didn't seem like less water. Then I took a shower. This is the point I came to realize that "pressure" is a difficult thing to quantify. Because of the disorganized water flow (remember, it's not "jetty" like traditional heads) the spray was reaching further, but it did not FEEL like more pressure against my skin. And then I had the disconcerting realization that although I was having an overall better shower experience, I wasn't getting wet as fast! It was particularly noticeable when I wetted & rinsed my hair and it took a little (not a lot) longer for each. By experimenting with the flow control button, I was able to choose how it sprays, from the full on blubbery spray that maximizes coverage and is normal, to a more organized single stream (picture water exiting a garden hose) and everything in between. So the actual experience of taking a shower with this Oxygenics is a little different from more traditional shower heads. Not bad, just different. It occurs to me that this may sound more like a negative review, rather than a 5-star review. It isn't. Overall this is the best RV shower head I've ever used. I just wanted to add a little substance to what it actually means to USE this showerhead rather than the many reviews that say little more than "5 Stars, Great Pressure!"

Just get one, you'll love it! :)
My wife and I just started travel trailering with a nice little Gulfstream Vintage. The 19RBS is perfect for the two of us but we were very disappointed our first trip out when it came to shower time. Stock shower head, even with city water pressure, was pathetic. With valves fully open the spray upward was a joke and basically shot up about an inch or two and that was it. Hair washing and getting completely rinsed would use up the 6 gallons of hot water so the other one of us would have to wait for a reheat, and we're conservative water users. After our first three outings I said enough and started looking, and found the Oxygenics 26781. Enthusiastic reviews convinced us to give it a shot.Boy are we happy with this thing! I installed it this past week and just to test it out used the on board pump and half volume on the valves and the water shot up about 2 feet! I placed it in the factory shower head holder (it fits) on the wall and cranked up the volume and was rewarded with what looked like nearly as good a blast as our house shower. We just got back from another outing and couldn't be happier with the performance of the Oxygenics. Real showering with effective rinsing, and plenty of hot water left!Couple of things. The supplied hose seems like overbuilt overkill and is way more stiff than I would have liked putting stress on the faucet body, so I used the more flexible factory hose, fits and works fine. My wife is short so I'll be installing the supplied ball swivel mount so she can get a more straight down angle of flow. I installed the shutoff button at the faucet end of the hose instead of the shower head, we both find it easier to use there. The shutoff button as mentioned by others allows a trickle similar to our house shower but differs in that the flow of water coming out after you move it back to on is cold which is a surprise if you're not ready for it! The handle feels a bit awkward at first but I'll get used to it, my wife says it felt fine. The water droplets coming out do make a sort of hiss mixed in with the normal sounds of a showerhead, and they come out with good speed but don't hit you with a lot of force so don't expect a massage, just good effective water flow to get rinsed. If you are disappointed at all about your RV showerhead you need to check one of these out, we're happy as heck with ours!
